Crafted restraint. Elevated living.

This home explores a darker, industrial palette—layered stone textures, seamless carpentry, and a controlled interplay of light and shadow. Every element is deliberate, from the integrated niches to the monolithic kitchen island.

Luxury here isn’t loud. It’s precision, proportion, and materiality done right.

Designed & built as a complete, cohesive experience.

A home designed with intention — where every space flows seamlessly into the next.

From a concealed display that transitions into the kitchen, to warm layered lighting and clean material contrasts, this project balances functionality with quiet luxury.

It’s not just about how a space looks.
It’s about how it feels to live in it.

If you’re planning your renovation, let’s create something thoughtful for your home too.

This HDB home was created with warm wood textures, soft neutral tones and subtle architectural details to keep the space feeling clean yet welcoming.

Highlights include a custom TV feature wall, built-in storage, an arched display niche for the homeowner’s collectibles, and a practical kitchen layout. The bathrooms continue the same palette with textured stone finishes and matte black fittings.

A home designed to feel comfortable, functional and quietly elegant.

Thank you to the homeowners for trusting us with their space.

This home was completed some time ago.

No dramatic colours.
No bold statements.
Just a calm, cohesive material story throughout the house.

From kitchen to living to bedroom — everything speaks the same language.

That’s what makes a renovation feel expensive.

If you’re renovating in 2026,
don’t design for trend.
Design for longevity.

Project: A Warm Modern Farmhouse HDB

Modern farmhouse — but made for a Singapore HDB.

This home was designed around one idea:
✨ warmth without clutter.

From the arched feature bar with sage tiles…
to the pastel mint shaker kitchen…
to the soft wood tones and brass accents…

Every detail was carefully layered to feel cosy, not heavy.

We balanced:
• Neutral base palette
• Muted greens
• Warm wood textures
• Classic shaker carpentry
• Ambient lighting for depth

The result?
A space that feels welcoming, lived-in, and timeless.

Not overly rustic.
Not overly modern.
Just the right balance.

If you’re renovating your HDB and want something warm, character-filled and practical — this is how we approach modern farmhouse in Singapore.
