If you are someone who appreciates consistency in home design, this 3-bedroom condo unit is a great source of inspiration. When the homeowner came to us, they envisioned a home inspired by Mediterranean cave houses, dark, moody, and textural, with a personal twist suited to the Singapore context. This home is adorned with textured plaster walls, seamless microcement finishes, and curvilinear design details. Terracotta accents were chosen to add warmth and pops of colour, dominating the large furniture pieces and giving the space character.

The kitchen was kept as an open-plan layout to maintain an airy and connected feel with the living room, creating an expansive atmosphere. The zones are subtly separated through flooring, with vinyl flooring in the entrance and kitchen transitioning into microcement flooring in the living area, defined by a curved flooring transition in a quadrant shape. The ceiling curves over the kitchen, further delineating the spaces while maintaining flow.

For functionality and display, the homeowner’s wine collection is neatly stored along the side of the kitchen counter, and a LED-lit display cabinet in the living room showcases their collectibles beautifully. The integrated air conditioning units are incorporated seamlessly into the wall design, with dedicated recesses to maintain clean lines.

The corridor leading to the bedrooms features flush doors for a seamless appearance, while the entrance corridor is brightened with a skylight, letting natural light into the darker palette.

The bathrooms carry seamless microcement finishes on walls and floors, creating a sleek and minimalist look that complements the rest of the home. This condo is a perfect example of a personalised, sophisticated, and harmonious design.

Be bathed in sunlight in this charming 3-room unit, home to a Japanese family of three where every corner is designed with intention and meaning. Circles thread through the home—a motif in Japanese culture symbolising harmony, balance, and the eternal cycle of life 🌱.

The living room welcomes you with herringbone floors layered in earthy shades of green, orange, and brown. Near the entrance, a wall-mounted shelf pops with personality, showcasing books, photos, and little trinkets. A cozy work corner nestles in the space, defined by a sleek desk, a unit shelf, a pendant lamp, and a small statement artwork. Come golden hour, sunlight spills over the L-shaped couch at the TV area in the most poetic way ☀️.

To the left, the kitchen invites curiosity with a circular cut-out in the wall, offering a playful peek into the culinary zone 🥘. It adds visual interest while creating a sense of openness, letting light flow freely between spaces. Light wood cabinetry and open shelves display everyday dishware with casual elegance, turning function into a quiet design statement. A slim bifold door with full reeded glass reduces visual clutter, adds texture, and diffuses light for a softer atmosphere.

The common toilet is a subtle masterpiece: a custom door inspired by designer and architect Jean Prouvé, complete with a circular cut-out that injects playfulness. Checkerboard glass provides privacy while adding texture and diffusing light. The walls are half-clad in terrazzo and half in subway tiles, marrying texture and form.

The other bathroom surprises with bold red-grouted tiles: a cheeky splash of color that energises the space and turns everyday rituals into something unexpectedly delightful ❤️.

If sunlight dancing across floors and circles guiding your gaze inspires you, bring that magic into your home. Find us at https://insightout-studio.com/contact-us/, or follow our IG .out for more interior design inspiration📱

At Champion Way sits a thoughtfully designed 5-room flat belonging to a couple who envisioned a home that is practical, stylish, and adaptable to their evolving lifestyle.

Step inside and you are greeted by an entryway that knows how to make an impression: monochromatic patterned tiles, an arched mirror that just so happens to hide the bomb shelter (bonus: perfect for that final fit check before heading out). The built-in cabinet pulls double duty as both bench and shoe storage, while the reeded glass backing, softly lit by LEDs, casts a warm glow that gives the entryway its own quiet moment apart from the living area.

Follow the herringbone flooring and you will find yourself in the living room. Behind the couch, aluminium fluted windows open up to a compact home gym (a clever setup that might just save you a gym membership). To the left, the dining and kitchen share a bright, open layout, divided by a sliding glass door that can be closed whenever a little separation is needed.

The kitchen makes a bold statement with its shaker-style black and green cabinetry, accented by gold handles. A sculptural island stands confidently yet quietly in the middle, offering style and storage (soft-closing drawers included, of course). The white tiled backsplash ties it all together, bringing a bit of pop and contrast.

Through a pair of clear glass synchronised sliding doors, the vibe softens. The dressing room shows off a light-up display cabinet for the owners’ prized bags and keepsakes - a little museum of memories, if you will. Just around the corner, the bedroom keeps things serene with floating bedside tables and a wooden headboard that stretches across the wall, grounding the space with warmth and simplicity.

A special shoutout to Spacedor for their beautiful windows and doors.

Ever wondered what a home designed for dog lovers looks like? 🐾

Right from the entrance, the home is thoughtfully set up with daily walk essentials — a pegboard to hang leashes, space for toys and wet wipes for muddy paws, and even a small fan to cool off after walks. A paralline glass block wall behind the TV separates the living area from the entryway, letting light pass through while adding subtle texture and visual interest.

Ever thought of incorporating a dog grooming setup at home? Designed within the kitchen, the built-in dog wash comes with storage below, while the opposing cabinetry features a curved shelf for treats.

The toilet has a smart partition with a dedicated spot for laundry on one side (keeping playful pups away from sneaking your socks 🧦!) and a shower niche for toiletries on the other. In the bedroom, an L-shaped closet keeps belongings organised (in this case, the owners’ many pet outfits 🐶👕).

Every detail is planned to make life easier for you and more comfortable for your furry besties 💛.

Want a BTO that does not look like a BTO? Check out this stunning 5-room flat ✨

There was no rigid theme guiding this home; just a love for textures that feel real, raw, and a little imperfect 🪵. Step inside and the first thing you will notice is a ceiling-height concealed shoe cabinet quietly containing the everyday chaos, because clutter should never steal the spotlight. Look up and you will find an unconventional solid plywood panelled ceiling taking over the living room, ditching the usual false ceiling for something far more characterful. The untreated travertine feature wall proudly wears its natural pores, adding texture you can almost feel.

A cosy sofa and armchairs ground the space, while a coffee table with an unexpected form breaks free from predictable shapes. Completing the scene is a glass-block sideboard - painstakingly pieced together, and very much a labour of love 💛.

Since the owner loves to cook, the dining area centers around a long table perfect for hosting, and enhanced by a DIY textured wall behind it. The farmhouse-inspired kitchen provides ample storage, with cabinetry running the full length of the space 🌾.

Even the common corridor was thoughtfully reimagined. By slightly reducing room sizes, the layout now feels more open and inviting, ideal for guests or quiet moments of rest. A statement sink takes the place of the conventional common toilet setup, bringing personality and charm.

For those who love calm, light-filled spaces, embrace the ease of Boho living 🌿 At 212 Jalan Eunos, we created a home that feels both meditative and grounded:

We begin in the bedroom, where a soft, dreamy canopy bed invites you to unwind. Beneath it lies an efficient under-bed storage that keeps everything tidy and out of sight. Sheer patterned curtains allow the breeze to gently flow through the room, and a curved wall replaces the usual partition to smoothly lead us into the living and kitchen area.

In the kitchen, attention is naturally drawn to the intricate scallop-patterned backsplash, complemented by a transparent counter support that provides a sculptural yet lightweight element. The bathroom features a rattan-front wooden vanity that adds an organic, handcrafted charm. Vintage square tiles underfoot bring vibrancy and character, while the stunning green glass pendant lights enhance the overall ambiance 🌟

Nothing beats coming home to your fur babies! This project is close to the hearts of pet lovers, embracing maximalism to reflect the owners’ lifestyle while incorporating thoughtful features for their beloved cats 🐈🐈‍⬛

With a harmonious palette of green, yellow, white, and dark wood, the design creates cozy pockets of space fit for relaxation and connection 🌿 The layout is full of small but clever details; in the heart of the home, a high dining table paired with a statement light becomes a stylish focal point, framed by a circular cut-out wall that offers a playful peek into the adjoining study room. Practicality is seamlessly incorporated by doors fitted with a miniature cat-sized entrance, ensuring that the fur babies can move about freely without the need to constantly open doors.

Custom shelving spans the entire living room wall, offering a sleek storage solution and doubles as a playful climbing and resting zone for the cats (proving that pet-friendly design can be both functional and beautiful). And for the sentimental at heart, a polaroid wall on the door celebrates memories big and small, adding a personal, heartfelt layer to the home 🏠❤️

Stepping into this home at Bidadari Park Drive feels like a gentle blend of mid-century charm and modern comfort 🛋️

The living room is elegantly delineated into two zones: the dining area is anchored by hanging lights that create an inviting atmosphere, while roll-and-fold black doors open to a cozy corner where the owners can unwind on the couch and catch up on favorite shows 📺. Muted greens and warm accents add depth, while statement pieces like glass bowl lamps infuse the space with warmth and personality 💡.

In the kitchen, a sleek countertop makes daily prep effortless, with a shelf above the sink designed to showcase the homeowners’ wine collection. Meanwhile, the bedroom wardrobe integrates a built-in dressing table, combining practicality with style.
