If you adore colour, whimsy, and a little bit of magic in your everyday, this home is calling your name 🎨✨

Tucked away in the quiet corners of Tengah Garden Walk, this vibrant abode belongs to a couple and their beloved cats 🐾. They came with a clear vision for a home that is as playful as it is personal. Coziness and warmth are created through a colour palette of reds and oranges, with green accents tying the story together from the front door to the back 🍊🌿.

A circular breeze block gently transitions from the entrance to the living and dining area. We played with negative space and light; casting beautiful shadows against the plain wall when the afternoon sun hits. A bold rug sets the perimeter of the living area, while the dining area takes on a slight retro bar feel with the olive green chairs and retro bench. Layered lighting at varying heights is key in this home, as it fills the space with a warm, soft glow ✨.

Whimsy is apparent in every corner of the home — collectibles, quirky mirrors, stylish clocks, and more. The same circular breeze blocks appear yet again in the master bathroom shower, but this time half as tall, serving as a partition between the sink and shower area.

Nestled in the quiet residential enclave of Mayspring, this home offers a timeless and welcoming space for both living and entertaining. 🏡 The homeowners envisioned a space that felt elegant, comfortable, and versatile, with ample room to host friends and family without ever feeling cramped. To maximise storage, the entrance features full-height cabinets alongside a shoe bench with a pull-out tray, creating a practical yet inviting arrival point. ✨

The living room is divided into three distinct zones. The television area is framed by sheer curtains on both sides, drawing attention to the laminated feature wall at its centre. A gentle curved detail on one side, paired with two short wall shelves, adds a touch of personality to the space. Cove lighting bathes the room in a warm, indirect glow, highlighting textures while saving ceiling space and making the living area feel both intimate and spacious. 💡

Behind the living area, the dining zone is anchored by bold statement artwork and an extendable dining table, suited for quiet breakfasts as well as lively dinners. As tea and wine enthusiasts, the homeowners have a dedicated corner to display their teapots and wine collection. 🍷 To the right, a dry pantry features an island with a built-in wine display and a small wine chiller, perfect for late-night conversations and relaxed drinking sessions. 🥂

The bedrooms are personalised for both Mr and Mrs. The Mrs bedroom features a wardrobe with infrared motion-sensor lighting, a display cabinet for her favourite bags, and adjustable cove lighting at the bed. The Mr bedroom also incorporates cove lighting, along with a carefully concealed door leading to the toilet. ✨

Chill lofi vibes set the tone in this 5-room HDB, shaped by Japandi and Wabi-Sabi influences; Calm, grounded, and easy to settle into.

The entrance keeps things simple yet intentional. A clean-lined shoe cabinet, a small hanging light, and warm under-cabinet lighting that helps you spot the pair you always reach for. Fluted glass partition gently transitions you into the living space.

Even the bicycles have a home of their own, tucked neatly behind bi-fold doors with cove lighting for smooth roll-ins and roll-outs.
In the living area, soft curves show up on the television wall and console, paired with feature wall lighting that adds depth without overpowering the room. Sheer curtains stretch across the windows, letting daylight drift in and change the mood through the day.

The kitchen balances form and function. Dark wood cabinetry is paired with under-lighting, a dedicated spot for the robot vacuum, and custom niches for the fridge and appliances. A tiled backsplash frames a coffee corner, designed around the homeowners’ daily drink rituals.

In the master bedroom, a wardrobe cabinet divides the space into work and rest zones. A sliding glass partition allows flexibility when needed, while a lit display section highlights cherished objects collected over time.

A quiet corner of Kismis houses a 4-bedroom unit for a family with two very loved (and lovable) cats, Nori and Lola 🐾.

This home is wrapped in neutral tones with walls brushed in limewash and a balanced contrast of light and dark woods. The result is a soft, natural depth that is easy on the eyes and calming to live with, making it an ideal resting haven after a hectic day 🌿✨.

Upon stepping in, one is greeted by a seating nook by the entrance, a convenient spot to pause with shoes. A row of full-height cabinets sits beside it, keeping storage discreet and out of sight.
The kitchen is arranged with both dry and wet pantry zones, gently defined by the counter. Open shelving in the dry area is highlighted with under-lit lighting, giving treasured tea sets and pottery pieces their moment to shine. The dining area takes centre stage, anchored by a long table, three pendant lights above, and a statement artwork that sets the tone for gatherings and extended conversations 🍽️.

In the living room, custom carpentry frames a central niche for heartwarming family photographs. Cove lighting creates a relaxed, unforced atmosphere. Beyond this, the master bedroom unfolds into two distinct zones: a restful sleeping area with a cosy reading corner, and a study space furnished with a work table and an L-shaped wardrobe 🌙💼.

If you are someone who appreciates consistency in home design, this 3-bedroom condo unit is a great source of inspiration. When the homeowner came to us, they envisioned a home inspired by Mediterranean cave houses, dark, moody, and textural, with a personal twist suited to the Singapore context. This home is adorned with textured plaster walls, seamless microcement finishes, and curvilinear design details. Terracotta accents were chosen to add warmth and pops of colour, dominating the large furniture pieces and giving the space character.

The kitchen was kept as an open-plan layout to maintain an airy and connected feel with the living room, creating an expansive atmosphere. The zones are subtly separated through flooring, with vinyl flooring in the entrance and kitchen transitioning into microcement flooring in the living area, defined by a curved flooring transition in a quadrant shape. The ceiling curves over the kitchen, further delineating the spaces while maintaining flow.

For functionality and display, the homeowner’s wine collection is neatly stored along the side of the kitchen counter, and a LED-lit display cabinet in the living room showcases their collectibles beautifully. The integrated air conditioning units are incorporated seamlessly into the wall design, with dedicated recesses to maintain clean lines.

The corridor leading to the bedrooms features flush doors for a seamless appearance, while the entrance corridor is brightened with a skylight, letting natural light into the darker palette.

The bathrooms carry seamless microcement finishes on walls and floors, creating a sleek and minimalist look that complements the rest of the home. This condo is a perfect example of a personalised, sophisticated, and harmonious design.

Be bathed in sunlight in this charming 3-room unit, home to a Japanese family of three where every corner is designed with intention and meaning. Circles thread through the home—a motif in Japanese culture symbolising harmony, balance, and the eternal cycle of life 🌱.

The living room welcomes you with herringbone floors layered in earthy shades of green, orange, and brown. Near the entrance, a wall-mounted shelf pops with personality, showcasing books, photos, and little trinkets. A cozy work corner nestles in the space, defined by a sleek desk, a unit shelf, a pendant lamp, and a small statement artwork. Come golden hour, sunlight spills over the L-shaped couch at the TV area in the most poetic way ☀️.

To the left, the kitchen invites curiosity with a circular cut-out in the wall, offering a playful peek into the culinary zone 🥘. It adds visual interest while creating a sense of openness, letting light flow freely between spaces. Light wood cabinetry and open shelves display everyday dishware with casual elegance, turning function into a quiet design statement. A slim bifold door with full reeded glass reduces visual clutter, adds texture, and diffuses light for a softer atmosphere.

The common toilet is a subtle masterpiece: a custom door inspired by designer and architect Jean Prouvé, complete with a circular cut-out that injects playfulness. Checkerboard glass provides privacy while adding texture and diffusing light. The walls are half-clad in terrazzo and half in subway tiles, marrying texture and form.

The other bathroom surprises with bold red-grouted tiles: a cheeky splash of color that energises the space and turns everyday rituals into something unexpectedly delightful ❤️.
