At Bartley Walk, .io composes a home that moves in hush tones.

Curves soften structure, and every line feels intentional. An arched portal anchors the living space, sculptural, grounding, quietly dramatic. Warm walnut meets creamy plaster, creating a palette that feels both elevated and deeply familiar.

Light is layered, not placed. It grazes surfaces, slips beneath cabinetry, and lingers in niches, transforming function into atmosphere.

In the kitchen, clean geometry dissolves into warmth. Stone, wood, and shadow work together in quiet harmony. Nothing competes. Everything belongs.

Textural moments, like woven rattan panels, introduce a tactile softness, balancing precision with soul.

Even the smallest spaces are distilled to their essence. Calm. Intentional. Enduring.
A study in restraint, where less doesn’t feel empty — it feels complete.

This apartment at Choa Chu Kang Crescent designed by .io unfolds in a palette of warm creams and sun-washed neutrals, where light is treated as material.

Curved seating softens the living room’s clean-lined carpentry, while concealed illumination casts a quiet, architectural glow. In the kitchen, cream shaker cabinetry and brushed brass hardware meet glossy subway tiles and terracotta floors, balancing refinement with earthy depth. A farmhouse sink beneath a dark-framed window sharpens the composition. The bedroom remains tailored and serene, wrapped in full-height wardrobes and grounded by herringbone floors.

Throughout, proportion, texture, and warmth converge in a home that feels composed, tactile, and effortlessly luminous.

Not the first fabric headboard we’ve built and certainly not the last 💙

The dark blue here runs through out the house: in the living room lounge chair, dining chairs and kitchen cabinets - a deliberate decision to create contrast against the dominant light color and overall spatial harmony.

We like that there’s strip lighting scattered across this space to illuminate different materials: from the curtains and floor, to the wall paper and brass laminates.

The hand painted fluted panels at the entrance, on tje TV console and at the dining wall adds rhythm, as do the curves on the mirror, TV console and false ceiling, making the space feel cohesive 😌
