The most important renovation decisions
usually happen before the finishes go in.

And theyʼre often the most expensive to change later.
A little planning upfront makes daily living easier—
and avoids costly rework after handover.

Save this before finalising your renovation plans.

Behind this cozy home was a real journey.

What we saw online didn't match reality—a rusty door frame and termites we cleared out before renovation even began. From there, we rebuilt the entire layout around 8 pages of Feng Shui requirements: odd-numbered lighting, doors that don't face each other, murals in their rightful spots. 70% Feng Shui, 100% home.

The result? A bright, functional kitchen and a living room that welcomes you the moment you step in.

Some homes feel calming the second you
step inside—and itʼs rarely accidental.
Itʼs often the result of flow, spacing, proportion,
and how naturally each part of the home
connects to the next.
Good design is less about adding more.
And more about creating ease.

Save this for your next renovation inspiration.

Soft curves, warm glow, quiet moments. This home at Gangsa Rd is all about coming home to calm — cove lighting that hugs the ceiling, an arched niche for a candle's flicker, and a lucky cat cabinet that's pure personality. ✨

An all-white home only feels boring if nothing else is doing the work.

Here, textured panels add depth behind the TV. Wood tones in the kitchen break the monotony. Patterned tiles in the bathroom give personality without overwhelming. Even the small nook with art and a statement chair turns dead space into something worth looking at.

White isn't a lack of design. It's a test of it.
