2. Let us know who your intended recipient is, what the occasion is, and if you have any designs already in mind to make the gift that little bit more extra-special
3. We especially love photos or images that can be incorporated into your gift. Please share these with us
4. Have an occasion in mind but need more inspiration or options for the gift item or design? We’re more than happy to provide you ideas - maybe some of our past work will catch your fancy
5. Let us figure out how to bring your desired design to life: vinyl, heat transfer vinyl, needlework, paint, etching, dye sublimation? You sit back and relax as we produce a mock-up of your design
6. We will begin the production process after agreement of the design. Depending on the project, we may request for prepayment or a deposit before commencement
7. Expect photos of the finished product prior to shipping. We know that you’re as anxious as we are to see it
9. We typically ship using local courier options, depending on the size, weight, and if any special handling is required. If there are any specific requests for the delivery of the gift, please let us know
