Happy Hump Day everyone✨✨

These side tables have been sitting patiently in my studio for over four years waiting for their moment, and I finally brought them to life.
Since yellow is my absolute favorite color, going with ’s was a no-brainer. To finish them off, I used a beautiful Annie Sloan stencil to add some intricate, handcrafted detailing along the borders.
I’m absolutely thrilled with how they turned out—the color just pops so perfectly against a dark rustic backdrop. Sometimes, the best projects are the ones you take your time with! ✨🌿

Guess who’s back from an unplanned, months-long Hiatus? 🙋‍♀️ ✨ Spoler Alert- I didn’t fall off the edge of the earth, I’ve just been up to my elbow in paints, Gold wax and entirely too much sandpaper.

But I think the radio silence was worth it because I get to introduce you to my latest labour of love!

Meet this gorgeous, French-inspired oval cabinet. I painted her in the dreamiest warm, taupe-y greige and gave her the royal treatment with gilded gold detailing. If you look closely, she has a cheeky pop of green on the inside and some beautiful vintage floral and typography details on top. 🌿✒️
I staged it as a chic little gin bar, because honestly, she’s the perfect excuse to show off your premium crystal glassware and favorite spirits. But whether you use her for drinks, books, or hiding your secret snack stash, she’s guaranteed to be the best-dressed piece in the room. 🍸✨

The best part? She is officially FOR SALE and looking for her forever home!

There’s a design concept called the “Theory of Unexpected Red” — the idea that adding something red to a space instantly elevates it. It creates contrast, energy, and a focal point you didn’t know you needed. A pop of red makes everything feel more intentional, more alive.

With Chinese New Year and Valentine’s Day both next week, red feels especially right. In Lunar New Year, red symbolizes luck, joy, and prosperity. For Valentine’s, it’s love, passion, and connection.

So this piece had to be red. Bold. Lucky. Loving. A little unexpected.

These Really old tattered and worn out side tables had a lot of peeling paint, thicker materials coming off which entailed days and days of filling up with tons of wood filler but here we are. Clean n shiny and all decked up ❤️❤️
