Do you know what happened in Singapore in 1990?

Changi Airport Terminal 2 opened.
The population was only 3 million.
And SEMBA arrived in Singapore.

36 years later, we're still here — designing spaces from restaurants to offices, quietly creating.

We know Japan. We know Singapore.

1990年、チャンギ空港T2が開業し、人口はまだ300万人だった年。
その年、SEMBAはシンガポールにやってきました。

We operate across six locations in Asia — Japan, Shanghai, Taiwan, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Singapore — supporting clients across multi-market rollouts.

We design and build commercial interiors — offices, retail, F&B, hotels, and healthcare facilities — covering the full project lifecycle: research and concept development, design, construction, and regulatory submissions to BCA and SCDF, all under one roof. From individual tenant fit-outs to large-scale complexes and airport terminals, we work at any scale.
