In a compact BTO 3-room flat, fitting two beds, two study desks, and a generous wardrobe into one bedroom seemed impossible.
The solution was to swap the bedroom and living room, creating a comfortable space for the two teenage girls while placing the living, dining, and kitchen areas at the heart of the home.
A big artificial skylight floods the open-plan space with manmade natural light, while a curve box-up false ceiling cleverly conceals the structural beam and air-conditioning pipes, transforming practical necessities into a refined architectural feature.
A satisfying project that checked every box on the client’s wish list. ❤️
