The Cotton Shoppe is is an online store dedicated to all who appreciate handmade items. It started out because of my passion for quilting and crafts. Here you will find unique one of a kind items from quilts and bags, to toys and baby gifts which are also available at my Etsy store. Happy Mother’s Day!
Sharing my latest make, Paloma top, extended to a dress with 1.5m wide in hem. It’s such a cute dress!

Instruction pdf is comprehensive. I got confused with print error about cutting 2 back sections twice (page 6). I figured I only need 2 back sections 1 set and not 2 sets. i read the instruction more than twice to make sure I understand. I must say this pattern is rather intimidating. Do check out the YouTube video tutorial for more help.
I have 1.5m of this fabric balance after I finished the top. I decided to add it as the skirt. It’s about 1.5x the width of the hem of the top. The balanced fabric makes a perfect tiered dress ✌️🤩 I’m so lucky!
