Small space, smart design. ✨

Who says a bathroom can’t be practical and stylish at the same time? 👶🏻

This curved fluted glass divider creates privacy while still allowing light to pass through — giving the bathroom a more open, spacious feel without compromising on design.

WARM CONTEMPORARY | Where Warmth Meets Simplicity 🤎🌿

A home designed to feel calm, welcoming and effortlessly refined.

Rich dark wood tones create depth throughout the space, balanced beautifully with soft neutrals and muted sage-green cabinetry. Gentle curves soften the overall architecture, while warm integrated lighting brings out the textures and creates an inviting atmosphere after sunset.

In the kitchen, the slim textured backsplash adds subtle character without overwhelming the clean cabinetry. Beyond functionality, thoughtful details continue into the wardrobe and vanity area, where concealed lighting transforms everyday storage into a beautifully curated feature.

Dark stone textures set a dramatic foundation, complemented by matte black details, exposed piping and a sleek black-framed shower screen for that distinctive industrial edge.

To balance the darker palette, warm wood cabinetry and a beautifully patterned stone-look vessel basin introduce warmth and natural character — creating a bathroom that feels bold without becoming overly heavy.

A spacious open-concept home brought together through a sophisticated balance of light and dark.

Crisp whites keep the living spaces bright and open, while deep wood tones and black accents introduce warmth, depth and a stronger sense of character.

One of our favorite details? The flowing transition between the light stone-look flooring and darker wood finish — subtly defining different zones without closing up the space.
