Right before my race, my mom called. She reminded me about my heart condition and told me to stop the second I felt anything — because to her, I’m still her little girl who went through a life-or-death surgery. And honestly? I’d be exactly the same with my daughters.

I never thought I’d run an 8K. I definitely never thought I’d do a Hyrox. But this is the best I’ve ever felt. And I want my girls to see that.

Not everything important gets taught in school. I want them to know what a working mom who’s fit actually looks like. I want them to know this is possible — that if you aim big enough and jump, you might just land!

Shoutout to Ekta Parekh , my HYROX INDIA partner, who was crazy enough to believe I could do this. She walked patiently beside me in the run zone (I am NOT a runner), trained with me at 6:30am for 6 months and honestly led the whole thing — I was just the back-up dancer.

YOU CAN DO IT TOO! JUST START! I’ve never been the fittest person in the room. I eat cake daily like I’m sugar-deprived. I work out because of discipline, not because I enjoy it. But having a goal… that changed things for me… and I highly recommend it!

5pm is when my sugar cravings start and eating cake is what I look forward to! So when The Stone Casa and I decided to design a booth together - of course it had to be sweet! 💋

Donuts, cupcakes, meringues, massive cakes showing the different shade cards of terrazzo. Along with Shilpini women (Shilpini art ) demonstrating how they work behind the scenes to put the look together.

I’ve known The Stone Casa for YEARSSS and are my go-to for terrazzo and mosaic designs. They love what they do and honestly, can design & make anything you want them too - including terrazzo desserts!!! 😝🤤

Went to see if apple ‘s IPhone Duo is worth the money and hype! The event featured their latest products andddd… I’m so deep in the Apple ecosystem that I can’t dream of switching out of it.

But honestly, they do such a good job! They might be 7 years late but it was worth the wait! The Duo has some INCREDIBLE features. Siri AI blew me away and the iphone 18’s BURGUNDY colour is chef’s kiss.

That’s basically how this Craftico Creations visit started, but in my defence, my hands have zero self control around anything this textured!

This place turns literally anything into custom wall art, from richly textured paintings with real depth to large wall sculptures big enough to become the room itself. Every piece is fully customisable and yes, that includes custom ceramic art and 3D wall art too. That 9-foot elephant sculpture? Absolute showstopper (that I thankfully did not break).✨

Featured in Forbes India ’s India’s Leading Design Lions 2026, and if you’d told me years ago that RKJ Design Studio’s interior styling would end up on these pages, I don’t think I’d have believed you.

What started as a design practice quietly turned into a full-fledged interior styling studio, styling homes across London, LA, Kenya and India and this year it also grew into conversations, on Suraj Nangia, where I get to go beyond the visuals and talk about the thinking behind the styling itself.🙌🏻
