The spaces between meetings are often just as important as the meetings themselves. A welcome over coffee. An informal conversation before a presentation. A discussion that continues after the briefing ends.

These moments aren’t incidental. They’re part of the client experience. For Palo Alto Networks Singapore, the Executive Briefing Centre (EBC) was designed to support this complete journey.

Rather than creating a single destination, the space unfolds through a sequence of hospitality-inspired settings, collaborative spaces, and meeting environments that allow conversations to evolve naturally.
By designing for the entire experience, not just the presentation, the workplace becomes an active contributor to stronger relationships, greater engagement, and better business outcomes.

For Palo Alto Networks Singapore, the workplace was reimagined to better support how employees work today. Creating more opportunities for collaboration, flexibility, and meaningful day-to-day experiences. Alongside this, a dedicated client experience space was designed to guide visitors through a seamless journey, from arrival and executive discussions to product demonstrations.

Rather than treating employee and client experiences as separate, the workplace was designed as one connected ecosystem—where every space contributes to how people work, collaborate, connect, and experience the Palo Alto Networks brand.

We're honoured to share that Wise Singapore has been awarded the SG Mark Good Design Award.

This recognition celebrates more than a beautifully designed workplace. It reflects the impact of design when it's grounded in strategy, sustainability, and the people who use the space every https://na2.hubs.ly/H06X7fC0 this project, our challenge was to transform an existing fitted office into a workplace that could support Wise's continued growth while staying true to its identity.

By thoughtfully repurposing existing infrastructure and furniture, reconfiguring the workplace to better support hybrid work, and creating spaces that prioritise collaboration, focus, and wellbeing, we delivered a workplace designed for long-term value.

Thank you to Wise for trusting us throughout this journey, and to our designers, project managers, partners, and everyone who brought this vision to life. Awards are meaningful, but what matters most is creating workplaces that help people and businesses thrive. We're honoured that this project has been recognised for doing just that.

Work today rarely happens in just one mode.

Teams move between focused tasks, collaboration, meetings, and social interaction throughout the day, and the workplace needs to support these shifts naturally.

This is why more organisations are moving towards a variety of workspace settings: quiet zones for focus, collaborative areas for teamwork, and shared social spaces that encourage connection and culture.

The most effective workplaces are not built around a single way of working but around how people actually work.

People form impressions of a space within second and in the workplace, the front-of-house often becomes the first reflection of a company’s culture, branding, and identity.

This is why more organisations are investing intentionally in front of house experiences through hospitality-inspired lounges, integrated technology, and more welcoming environments. Front-of-house spaces are no longer just functional, they are becoming strategic touchpoints that shape how employees, clients, and guests experience the brand from the moment they walk in.

A workplace says a lot about a company, often before a meeting even starts.

The way people move through a space, collaborate with one another, or simply experience the office day to day naturally shapes how culture is felt. That’s why more organisations are becoming intentional about integrating branding and culture into workplace design, not just through visuals, but through the overall experience the space creates.

When done well, the office becomes more than just a place to work. It becomes a space that reflects the company’s identity, values, and way of working in a way people can genuinely connect with.
