Breathing new life into this walk-up apartment with a touch of nostalgia, we reworked a simple 3-bedder into 4 rooms — keeping function efficient while preserving its original charm.

Instead of erasing its past, we embraced it. The old mosaic floors remained, setting the tone for a space inspired by old-school classrooms — warm leathers, deep greens, soft greys — all thoughtfully chosen to evoke that vintage mood.

Carefully curated — the kitchen, furnishings, and lighting were kept intentionally classic, as if they had always belonged here.

Because sometimes, the best stories aren’t rewritten — they’re revived.
