In renovation or construction, technical knowledge, mathematics and physics plays a big part in making your dream concept come to life.

Here's is a Queen sized bed hung on top of a King sized bed as the family needed to maximise their living space. We built this structure 8yrs ago and it's still holding up strong with kids playing on top.

If you analyse the collapsed false ceiling in the recent news, you'll noticed there isn't many vertical aluminium support attached to the concrete ceiling to be able to hold the load of the ceiling boards.

Same, same but actually it's very different.

Homes are like big art canvases to us.

Had an opportunity to take some photos of a home I did in 2017 when the owner is relocating this year.

I'm proud to say our products last and designs are evergreen.

Met a few clients over the cny period to have tea and I'm glad most sold their homes at way above valuation within their blocks cause the new buyers love the homes we've created.

May we be inspired to create more interesting pieces of art in this coming year.

Covid is a trying period for most sectors and we are not spared.

"Looking back, I wish I knew... How to let go and not worry about what I cannot change."

I'm immensely thankful for the latest 3 clients who shifted into their new home during the New year and CNY period of 2021. It was the most stressful period for them and for us cause the timeline was tight and we had to manage safe distancing measures along with a tightened labour market.

They understood we tried our best and our heart is to serve them to the best of our abilities. They will not forget to check in on our well-being and also blessed us with wonderful words of encouragement and treats. Thank you for affirming us of our work.

On this day, let us remember to continue to be kind to one another, spread the love and encouragement to others who we may have the opportunity to meet.
