Inside foodpanda Malaysia’s PANDAVILLE 🐼

Built around the idea of “A Community Built, Brick by Brick,” the Kuala Lumpur workplace brings foodpanda’s personality into every corner, from familiar panda motifs and signature pink accents to warm materials, greenery, and playful custom details.

The social spaces draw inspiration from Malaysian street-food culture, while a mix of lounges, collaborative areas, workstations, and meeting spaces supports different ways of working throughout the day.

When designing across multiple locations, the goal isn’t to make every space look exactly the same. It’s to identify what should remain recognizable — and what needs to adapt.

Across UOB branches in Bogor, Cengkareng, Cikarang, and Sopo Del, a consistent brand language runs through different footprints, customer journeys, and spatial conditions.

From familiar brand cues and intuitive planning to materials and details that create a more welcoming environment, each branch responds to its own context while remaining clearly part of the same UOB experience.

One workspace, different ways of working🧩

Activity-based working is not simply about adding more types of spaces. It is about giving people the right setting for what they need to do.

At the MSIG Singapore Office, the workplace brings together spaces for collaboration, meetings, open work, alternative focus, enclosed focus, and everyday support.

Each setting plays a different role, allowing people to move more naturally between concentration, conversation, and connection throughout the day.

Sculptural ceiling details, warm timber finishes, and bold red accents create a distinctive identity, while a mix of seating options supports different functions, from quick breaks and informal conversations to team discussions.

By creating a seamless transition between work areas and shared amenities, the space helps strengthen workplace connections, encourage everyday interaction, and make the overall experience more engaging.

Designed to elevate the premium banking experience, this hospitality-inspired banking environment is designed to create a comfortable, refined, and personal client experience.

The lounge brings together soft neutral tones, warm wood finishes, curated artwork, and layered lighting to create an atmosphere of quiet sophistication. From the reception area to private consultation rooms and lounge settings, each space was designed to support comfort, privacy, and a seamless VVIP journey.

Neutral palette complemented by UCB’s muted green and orange, curated artwork, live plants, and bespoke furniture. Every detail comes to show how thoughtful design can elevate the banking experience where comfort, discretion, and service come together, without overwhelming grandeur.
