You come home, turn on the music, sit on your favourite sofa and let the lighting set the mood. When everything comes together naturally, you simply want to spend more time at home.

A home shouldn’t begin with storage, yet it has to accommodate it. The private lift lobby conceals shoes and golf bags within its walls, allowing the first impression to remain calm rather than cluttered.
An automated fabric laminated glass door separates arrival from the living space, giving both moments their own character.
Good planning is often invisible. You only notice it when a home continues to feel effortless years after moving in.

As homes continue to become more compact, functional design becomes an exercise in prioritising what matters most. Rather than simply fitting more into a room, we look for ways to let the space support everyday living with greater ease.

Here, the common bedrooms are elevated to create storage beneath the bed, while making use of the bay window to accommodate a longer wardrobe and a proper study area/ dresser within the same footprint.

Set away from the main circulation, the dining nook was conceived as a quieter corner of the home. The softened ceiling gently lowers over the space, giving it a sense of intimacy without separating it from the living area.

The dining table, chairs and rug came from the client’s previous home. We built the space around them, allowing familiar pieces to find a new setting while continuing their story with the family.
