The third in-situ Park Suites at Holland Grove Road, completed for Far East Organization

Even with very similar layouts, we always aim to create a different design expression for each unit we work on. Through these permutations, each home takes on an identity of its own, with the hope that a buyer walks in and finds something they can fall in love with.

A home shaped through our curation, but ultimately made for someone else to call their own.

Master Bath clad in marble, with an integrated countertop and basin in sintered stone. The irregular mirror introduces a softer counterpoint to the linearity of the space. A soaking tub is incorporated within the shower zone, bringing the rituals of bathing and showering together in one place.

A view from the master towards the living, where we reconfigured the master bath to bring natural light deeper into the space. Switchable glass allows it to stay visually connected to the bedroom, with privacy when needed.

A closer look at the kitchen by boffi. We like how the clean architectural lines are softened by the patinated metal finish, warm timber and glass, paired with a minimal quartz top and dark integrated appliances.
A kitchen that feels precise, but not too polished.
What looks simple here actually involves the selection and coordination of more than 50 finishes throughout the home.

DCT/ 6 Draycott Park overhaul.
With our clients travelling often for work, we wanted the home to feel like a proper place to return to.

It is only a two-bedroom unit, but we worked hard to keep the spaces feeling open by concealing away the everyday clutter and keeping only what needs to be seen.

The study works in the same way. A motorised bed is hidden above the ceiling and comes down only when needed, so the room can stay fully usable for work the rest of the time.
