Years of travelling left the owners with bottles, keepsakes and objects that carry their own stories, so instead of treating them as things to tuck away, we gave them a proper place within the home.

The shelving becomes part storage, part personal archive, a reflection of the life lived beyond these walls.

For the second bathroom, we brought in a cooler green to balance the warmer tones found throughout the home.

The terrazzo-like tiles add texture without making the space feel busy, while the curved mirror echoes the softer shapes used elsewhere. It’s a quieter take on the home’s colour story, but still has enough character to feel intentional.

The blush marble island was chosen to bring a little more personality into the otherwise earthy palette. Its natural veining works beautifully against the warm oak cabinetry, while the curved floor detail softens the transition between the kitchen and living area.

Together, these details make the kitchen feel connected to the rest of the home rather than treated as a separate zone.
