3. We provide Free Normal Postage for 2 items purchased and above*. Rates & Weight of the Normal Postage can be determined under “Delivery & Postage” section.

For Quantity, please check with gumdrop if we are able to customize your desire quantity before placing a confirmed order. 1. We provide Free Normal Postage for 2 items purchased and above, which weighs not more than 100g under non standard post (Refer to Singapore Post Postage rates & Rules)
2. FREE Normal Postage weight range from 20g to 100g only.
3. Additional Postage fee are required if your purchases are above 100g. Gumdrop will inform you and you decide before you make the payment. Normal Postage fee range from S$0.50 to S$2.00.
4. All purchase consolidated will be sent out via one single post (single address). No separate mailing will be entertained (example: if your total weight is 200g, we will deliver our promise of first 100g free with a top up of additional $0.50 for the next 100g).
5. You may choose to receive your purchase via Registered Post by topping up S$2.24 to your purchase on top of the Normal Postage Fees. (example: S$0.50 + S$2.24 = Final Postage Fee)
6. Please take note that you will not be able to track your mail for all Normal Mail sent via Singpost. Tracking your mail is only available for Registered Mail. Registered mail is highly recommended.
7. Gumdrop will try our very best to bubble wrapped the items and securely sealed before mailing them out. However, Gumdrop will not be responsible for any lost mail / damage of goods resulted in the process of shipping by Singpost.
8. All purchase upon payment received will be sent out within 2 working days. Gumdrop shall notify you via pm or email upon mailing.
9. It will take Singpost approximately 3 working days to deliver the mail for Normal Postage. Kindly check your mailbox in a comfortable gage of 3 days time.
10. For registered Post, it will take Singpost 1 working day to deliver it to your doorstep. Should you be away, Singpost will leave a collection slip at your door for you to self collect them at your nearest post office. Payment

1. Gumdrop will not be responsible for any lost of cash or incorrect transfer via your Internet Banking. Hence, please take extra note on the account number when transferring your payment to us. Please also ensure the correct amount that you are about to transfer for payment.
2. Do not transfer any payment until a Sales Order Confirmation Email is received from us.
3. Gumdrop account number will only be provided in our sales order confirmation email.
4. It is important for you to provide us your email in order to receive the confirmation in good order. Kindly check your email constantly to ensure good communication established.
5. We accept only POSB ATM / POSB Internet Banking Fund Transfer.
6. There should be a Bank Transfer Reference No upon each successful transfer.

1. All items sold are non returnable and it cannot be exchanged for another item. All order are closed upon receiving of payment.
2. Gumdrop takes pride in every single piece of work. As they are handmade, there are bouts to be imperfection; hence we seek your understanding that there shall not be a 100% identical bow. Please go ahead to make your purchases only if you are comfortable with handmade items.
3. All items will be in good condition and carefully wrapped before we mail them out. Please refer to “Delivery & Postage” section for more details on your mail.
