ID21 is honoured to be recognised as a Company of Good 2026 to 2028 by the National Volunteer & Philanthropy Centre (NVPC).

Where finance meets form.

For Octave Capital, we translated the brand's identity into spatial language: circular, interlocking forms that echo the company's visual mark. The motif carries through custom lighting and architectural millwork.

The front-of-house takes its cues from hospitality design, with warm timber tones, curated planting, and a considered material palette that signals both prestige and approachability.

The result is a space for a professional investment firm that still wants to feel human. Precise where it needs to be, welcoming where it counts.

She won the Women Entrepreneur Award 2026, and if you know her story, you know exactly why.

Back in 1996, Janet Ong saw a gap between what businesses envisioned for their workspaces and what the industry was actually offering. So she built ID21 to close it. Thirty years, over 1,000 projects, a portfolio spanning more than 11 countries, and a legacy built on turning challenges into opportunities.

This award recognises women who show the ambition, leadership, and vision to break through the glass ceiling, and Janet has spent three decades doing exactly that. Not just by building a design firm, but by building a culture. She's long believed that truly listening to her team and making people feel valued is what builds trust and loyalty, and that philosophy is woven into everything ID21 has become.

It's been a season of well-earned recognition for Janet and the team, and this one means just as much as the rest. Three decades of growth later, her journey is proof that great leadership isn't just about growing a business, it's about growing people alongside it.
