Sustainability is also about giving spaces a new purpose, 10 YEARS ON (revisiting a project) was a wonderful reminder of that . A former clubhouse lounge has been transformed into a gym, beautifully maintained, with the original hand-blown glass chandelier still adding character and a touch of luxury. Good design should evolve, not be replaced.

Working on the occasional food and beverage experience brings such joy and a refreshing change of pace. We truly enjoyed the journey, even if it was short, as it was undoubtedly sweet.
