Two bathrooms, two different moods; both designed with warmth and restraint.

One leans into a soft marble-inspired feature wall, adding movement and texture while keeping the overall palette calm and refined. Paired with warm beige tones and a rounded mirror, the space feels quietly luxurious without being overpowering.

The other bathroom takes on a cleaner, more minimal approach with subtle textured wall tiles, fluted vanity detailing, and black-framed glass for contrast. Simple, warm, and practical - designed to feel bright, timeless, and easy to live with every day.

A home restructured for openness, flow, and everyday living.

Restructured for space. Designed for flow.

This landed home was reworked to feel more open, connected, and effortless. Selected walls were removed to create clearer sightlines, while the kitchen was shifted into a streamlined linear layout that follows the home’s architecture.

Framed glass doors keep each zone visually connected without closing off the space - allowing light, movement, and openness to flow through the entire first level.

Clean lines, warm lighting, and flushed carpentry complete a home that feels brighter, wider, and quietly refined.

Designed with both an inner and outer kitchen, the space balances openness with practicality; separated by full-height glass sliding doors that subtly define each zone without closing off the home.

The transparent partitions allow light and visual flow to move seamlessly through the space, while keeping heavier cooking contained within the inner kitchen. Paired with warm wood textures, concealed storage, and illuminated glass display shelving, the home feels refined, functional, and effortlessly modern.
