Here’s how to make this easy Gochujang Salmon Pasta with Watercress.
This dish is packed with perimenopause-friendly nutrition.
🔸Omega-3s from salmon support mood and hormone balance

🔸Finished with cream and butter for satiety and better nutrient absorption this dish proves comfort food can also be functional.
RECIPE:
▪️Season 4 salmon fillets (I sprinkled mine with garlic powder, dried dill, paprika & salt), airfry skin side up 12 min at 200°C/400°C
▪️undercook pasta (500g) by 3 min in salted water, set aside and retain the pasta water
▪️in the same pot, sauté minced garlic (about 5 cloves) in 1 tablespoon butter, add all the pasta water, 1 cube chicken stock, 1 tablespoon gochujang. Stir until dissolved. Stir in 200ml cream.
▪️return pasta back into pot to finish cooking, another 3 more minutes, adding more hot water if needed (i just boiled some in the kettle)
▪️serve with fresh watercress, salmon and …. a side of paranoid Korean pastor.
