For this penthouse at Watermark @ Robertson Quay, the goal was to create a home that feels luxurious without being cold, heavy or overly decorated.

By combining soft neutral textures with rich wood finishes, the space feels bright, warm and refined. The real highlight? A full-height custom display cabinet framed by warm lighting—adding practical storage while giving the homeowners’ favourite pieces their own place to shine.

Large windows and white blinds gently filter the natural light, while the fluted wood details add depth and character without overwhelming the space.

Step Inside This Organic Modern Home at Toa Payoh!

When it comes to creating the perfect home, communication and compromise are everything. For new homeowners Xin Rui and Darren, collaborating with our Interior Designer, Joey, made all the difference in bringing their dream space to life.

By hacking one wall to expand the living room, they created a bright, spacious environment perfect for family time, work, and their dogs' daily zoomies. While they had different ideas for the tiles initially, Joey helped them find the perfect compromise—blending warm living room flooring with Darren’s favorite blue-accented tiles in the master bathroom.

Here’s what they loved about working with DYEL:
