KYŌ KOHEE is a space shaped by quiet rituals and everyday moments — where simplicity is intentional, craftsmanship is felt, and slowing down becomes part of the experience. Designed to invite calm, connection, and appreciation for the beauty found beneath the surface.

ミニマルな造形、丁寧に点てられる抹茶、そして日本・多治見で作られた特注のグリーンタイル。
KYŌ KOHEEは、日常の小さな瞬間と静かな所作から生まれた空間です。
意図されたシンプルさと、手仕事の温もりが感じられるこの場所で、ゆっくりと流れる時間とともに、つながりや心の余白を楽しんでいただけます。

Exploring another facet of NAE:UM’s interior — a calm, contemporary space shaped by soft light, natural textures, and subtle nods to Korean craft. Every element is designed to create a gentle rhythm that complements the dining journey.

NAE:UMの空間がもつ、もうひとつの表情にフォーカスして。
やわらかな光と自然素材が織りなす静かな空気感が、韓国のクラフトに通じる繊細さをそっと映し出す。
過度に語らず、そっと空間に身をゆだねるような、穏やかなリズム。
料理の余白を大切にするように、空間もまた控えめな存在感でゲストを包み込む。
伝統へのまなざしと現代的な感性が、さりげなく重なり合う場所として。

Presenting our recent interior design for NAE:UM— a Michelin-starred contemporary Korean restaurant in Telok Ayer.
Inspired by the textures and colours of the traditional hanok home, the space marries heritage warmth with a refined modern sensibility — echoing the chef’s cuisine that bridges Korean tradition with contemporary expression.

NAE:UM は、韓国の伝統と現代の感性が交差する料理を提供してきた。
その世界観に寄り添うため、今回の空間では「ハノク」が持つ温かな質感と、洗練されたモダニティを重ね合わせている。
自然素材がもつあたたかさに、現代的なディテールを重ね、伝統とコンテンポラリーが静かに響き合う場を目指した。
陰影や線の重なりが生む穏やかなリズム、控えめな光のアクセント。
料理の余韻と呼応するように、しずかに感覚がひらいていく。
テロック・アヤのにぎわいの中で、ひとりでも心地よく過ごせる、NAE:UM らしい時間を包み込む空間として。
