Wednesday Weave of Kindness 🧶

What a lovely and meaningful afternoon it was at the Vmall Diwali Bazaar this wednesday 🪔💖

A heartfelt thank you to Vmall Entertainment for inviting us to conduct our weekly Community session at Vmall, Singapore Swimming Club. We truly appreciate the opportunity and warm hospitality. 💕

It was lovely to crochet together, share our work, spread awareness and connect with visitors who showed interest in our initiative.

Every little stitch carries love, and every handmade creation is made with a heartfelt purpose. 🧶🥰

Thank you once again, Pam and Veena, for making us feel so welcome and for giving us this wonderful opportunity to spread our circle of kindness! ❤️

So many hands, so much creativity, and one beautiful purpose …bringing little smiles to the children at KKH. 🥹💝

🧶 One stitch at a time, we are growing together‼️💛🙌🏼

Our second crochet session brought together 3️⃣0️⃣ enthusiastic participants, all ready to take their crochet journey to the next level ‼️
After mastering the chain stitch and completing their little pots, everyone is now learning the next stitch ..single crochet — to create their very own coasters. 🪡🧶

And the sweetest highlight? An enthusiastic 8-year-old little girl who is learning at lightning speed! 🚀 Already ahead of the group..she has gone a step further and made herself a little bag. Talk about creativity in action ‼️👧🏻💖

From first stitches to new creations, every session brings more confidence, connection and joy.

Together, we are weaving truly happiness, one stitch at a time‼️🧶❤️

Where Crochet 🧶Meets Chai 🫖☕️ Conversations & Togetherness 🫶🏻 🌸🏡

Some gatherings are about what we create & some remind us of the beautiful friendships we create along the way. 🫶🏻
On 1st October, our Weaving Happiness family gathered at the lovely home of our dear Parul Trivedi , who welcomed us with open arms and an absolutely sumptuous spread of food. 🥰🍛🥙

What followed was an afternoon filled with hearty conversations, happy catch ups, laughter around the table and the kind of warmth that makes you forget the time altogether 🤗💕

Of course, no gathering is complete without a little creativity and a lot of love 💝 🌸🧶
Between the conversations and delicious bites, we got busy assembling our visiting cards, each adorned with the tiny crochet flowers lovingly made by our volunteers. One little bloom at a time, our cards slowly came together..carrying not just our identity but the love and hands behind it. 🌼🌸🧶🫶🏻

And there was more to celebrate🎂🎉
We came together to wish our dear volunteer Ravinder Takhar and Vishal Bambha (Our Head of Volunteer & Impact) a very happy October birthday 🎂 🎈🎁 Double the birthday wishes, double the smiles, and even more reasons to celebrate being together. ❤️🥳🎂

A heartfelt thank you to Parul ji for opening her home and sharing so much love with all of us. Some people serve a meal..others make you feel completely at home. Parul ji , you did both‼️🏡❤️🤗

Because at , we believe that the magic isn’t only in what our hands make. It’s also in the friendships we nurture..the moments we share…the tables we gather around and the joy we bring into one another’s lives. 🫶🏻🌸

🧶💙 Three Knots. Three Connections. One Meaningful Experience‼️

What happens when 2️⃣0️⃣ sales specialists and their leaders at Dell Technologies come together to learn something new?

A room full of laughter, creativity, teamwork and happiness❗️❤️

Our macrame session was all about creating three keychains:

💛 One for yourself — the joy of learning.

💕 One for someone you love — the joy of gifting.

🙏 One for someone you appreciate — the joy of gratitude.

As knots took shape, so did conversations, connections and friendships‼️

A big thank you to Avi for bringing the team together and to everyone at Dell for the wonderful energy and enthusiasm.

Some Sundays, we make things. Some Sundays, we make a little magic. And some Sundays, we do both.🫶🏻
Today, our table was buzzing again🙌🏼🫶🏻😍

Hands busy 🙌🏼, ideas flowing💡,patterns being tried, stitches being undone and done all over again… and everywhere we looked, someone was experimenting with a new little creation. 🧶🙌🏼
Our mission❓To create bag charms for the children at KK Women's and Children's Hospital ..little handmade surprises that might just bring a smile, spark a giggle or become a tiny friend to carry along. 💝🌈

And oh, the variety taking shape 🥹❤️🫶🏻🫶🏻

🐔 Little chickens
🍦 Happy little ice creams
🦖 Tiny dinosaurs
🐸 Cheeky frogs
❤️ Hearts stitched with love
🧸 And the cutest amigurumi creations‼️
Some designs are coming together beautifully. Others are still in the let’s try this and see what happens stage🤫😂🧶 There are trials, tweaks, little discoveries and those lovely moments when an idea in someone’s head finally starts taking shape in their hands 🙌🏼
And that’s the beautiful thing about creating together. Nobody needs to have it all figured out. We learn as we go, share ideas, help one another and find joy in the process. ❤️🫶🏻

Look around our table and you will see more than people making charms. You will see different hands, different skills, different ideas and so many hearts 🥰 💕 ♥️ invested in one shared purpose.

Because these aren’t just bag charms we are making.
They are little bundles of colour, care and kindness ✌🏼 ..made with the hope that somewhere down the line, a child at KKH will hold one, smile at it, and feel a little bit of that love. 🥹💝

We are still experimenting, refining and discovering which little creations will make the final cut. But every trial is part of the journey, and every pair of hands is helping bring the idea to life.
And perhaps that’s what makes today’s gathering so special. It’s not just about what we finish, but what we create together along the way. 🫶🏻

Our West Singapore volunteers brought our purpose closer to home with a community crochet workshop at Senja-Cashew Community Cashew Community Centre on 10 October. Fully booked within two days‼️

From personalised crochet kits 🧶🪡🏷️ to the joy of completing a first chain, so much care and enthusiasm filled the room.

With volunteers taking the lead in their own neighbourhoods, our circle of creativity, connection and happiness keeps growing…one stitch at a time ‼️
