Bringing understated luxury to life through custom, seamless carpentry ex*****on. Here is how our craftsmen handled this family condo in Yio Chu Kang.

The primary layout challenge was fitting a full 5-room family lifestyle—plus their dog—into a significantly smaller footprint without sacrificing daily comfort. To solve this, our team engineered a continuous full-height wall panel system that completely conceals heavy storage, a coffee bar niche, a built-in wine chiller, and the main refrigerator into one flush architectural plane.

In the kitchen, every millimeter was recalculated for motion-by-motion efficiency. We integrated high-capacity tall larders, double ovens, and concealed task lighting beneath custom beige cabinetry. In the bedrooms, flush TV wall paneling double-functions as hidden wardrobes, while compact study nooks feature custom L-shaped desks and elevated platform beds with integrated base drawers.

By executing precise, floor-to-ceiling millwork, we created a clutter-free environment where every item has an exact place and spatial flow remains entirely uncompromised.
