Chef Bruce has 30 years of cooking experience in F&B industry, which including but not limited many 5-star hotels such as: Crowne Plaza, Shangdi-la, Westin & etc. His Last employment job was Executive Sous Chef in The Westin and started his own business once after. His first built Western Restaurant brand in Singapore that known by many of locals is Meet & Meat, which helped him win a place in loc

al F&B market and many loyal customers. He has studied and graduated from Shangdi-la Academy in his 20+ and always maintained the standard been taught and his passion on cooking by constantly learning and exploring in F&B line.
