from boosting immunity to supplying essential vitamins, helps us break down the benefits of each building block of this traditional salad bowl 🥗

here are our herbed essentials:
• ulam raja aka wild cosmos, for its green mango-like flavour and antioxidants
• pegaga aka asiatic pennywort, for freshness and boosted blood circulation
• long beans, for that classic crunch and an immunity boost
• cucumbers, for a juicy way to hydrate for the day
• bendi aka lady’s finger or okra, for its soft slime that lowers risk of heart disease

To survive boothing at GastroBeats, you have to be prepared for everything! After all, life never goes to plan – we can only be smart about it (the puns aren’t stopping here 🤭).

As comfy as our Buds were cruising with .sgp, it was straight to work for them the moment they stepped out. We must say, they did pretty well with this 10-minute mystery box challenge 🤪 Whose dish looks the best? Vote down below!

Our collective journey has been incredibly rewarding, and as we conclude these mentorship sessions, the true challenge starts once the festival begins. Our Buds have poured in so much heart and hard work, and we hope you’ll come by to support them!
