A warm, inviting residence that masterfully balances clean, modern aesthetics with functional design to create a comfortable and organized living environment.

This project features a cohesive interior defined by a soft, neutral palette, where light wood tones harmonize with crisp white cabinetry. The design emphasizes maximizing utility and storage without sacrificing the home’s open and airy feel, as seen in the thoughtful integration of built-in furniture throughout the space.

The entryway is marked by a sophisticated arched mirror feature with integrated ambient lighting, paired with a custom wooden bench and shoe storage that sets a welcoming tone. This design detail creates a seamless transition into the living space, where the open-plan layout feels expansive and orderly.

A key highlight of the home is the staircase area, transformed into a display feature with recessed, backlit wall niches that provide a stylish and personalized touch for showcasing decor.

The kitchen is a model of streamlined efficiency. It incorporates:

This project reimagines the home with a refreshing sage green palette, complemented by warm wood tones and light, natural finishes to foster a peaceful and inviting environment. The design focuses on enhancing both visual harmony and daily usability through a thoughtful, balanced layout.

The spatial layout is refined to improve flow between shared and private zones. Integrated, full-height cabinetry in wood finishes is introduced to maximise storage while maintaining a clean, seamless aesthetic that prevents visual clutter.

The dining and communal area serves as the heart of the home, featuring a large, natural wood table and classic cane-backed chairs that invite interaction and warmth. The consistent use of soft green wall finishes and matching ceilings creates a uniquely immersive and unified atmosphere.

The kitchen area incorporates efficient, streamlined cabinetry and modern fixtures, ensuring practical functionality without compromising the home's cohesive design language. Details like cane-woven cabinet accents add a touch of textured elegance.

This exceptional transformation at Tengah Drive delivers an interior defined by comfort, personality, and subtle luxury. Moving away from standard cold palettes, the design embraces a rich, warm terracotta and sandy-beige color foundation, seamlessly accented by deep jewel tones and bespoke carpentry. The result is a highly atmospheric home that balances cozy relaxation with refined entertaining spaces.

Spatial Design Highlights
Atmospheric Living Sanctuary:
The living zone is anchored by a deep emerald green velvet sofa set against a warm, sandy-toned backdrop. A luxurious, intricately patterned Persian-style rug introduces depth and vintage charm underfoot, while the sleek, floating concrete-look media console introduces a modern, textured contrast to the space.

Intimate Entertainment Hub:
Optimizing the open-plan layout, a custom solid wood bar counter is positioned directly behind the main seating area. Paired with minimalist, upholstered high stools, this strategic integration creates a seamless transition for hosting guests, doubling as a casual dining spot or a work-from-home corner.
