After 13 years… this will be one of the last posts shared on Commune Kitchen ❤️ Moving forward, I’ll no longer be sharing recipes on this page. You’ll now find my recipes, food science, travels, behind-the-scenes, techniques and online classes over on Payal Thakurani and as Commune Kitchen slowly begins building its own new identity as Singapore’s vegan cooking school.

What started as a small cooking school in Singapore slowly became one of the biggest parts of my life - thousands of students, countless recipes, unforgettable friendships and memories built around food.

As for me, this next chapter is taking me deeper into online education, storytelling, consulting and teaching across Asia through ❤️

If you’ve ever cooked with me, learned from me, laughed with me or simply followed this journey over the years - I truly hope you’ll continue the journey with me there.

After 13 years… this will be one of my last posts shared on Commune Kitchen for now ❤️

Moving forward, I’ll no longer be sharing recipes on this page. You’ll now find my recipes, food science, travels, behind-the-scenes, techniques and online classes over at Payal Thakurani and as Commune Kitchen slowly begins building its own new identity as Singapore’s vegan cooking school under the guidance of our wonderful new CEO Cecilia Lau.

What started as a small cooking school in Singapore slowly became one of the biggest parts of my life - thousands of students, countless recipes, unforgettable friendships and memories built around food.

As for me, this next chapter is taking me deeper into online education, storytelling, consulting and teaching across Asia through ❤️
