This home started as a typical 4-room BTO, bound by walls and standard room placements. Instead of working around the layout, the entire plan was rethought. Two bedrooms were hacked, a brand new room was rebuilt in a more intentional position, and the whole house was redesigned to flow as one seamless space.

Walls were finished in microcement laminate with a soft salt texture, creating a calm, continuous surface that blurs corners and edges. Against it, dark wood carpentry grounds the home with warmth and depth. The contrast is quiet, but powerful.

Hidden doors disappear into the walls. Rooms reveal themselves only when needed. There are no obvious transitions, no visual interruptions — just a home that feels fluid, cohesive, and thoughtfully concealed.

This isn’t open concept. It isn’t closed concept.
It’s seamless living.
