Open concept kitchen — yes or no?

Honestly, it depends on how you actually live.

The number one thing we ask every client — how often do you cook, and how do you cook? Wok hei, curry, frying daily? That smell and oil will travel into your living room and into your carpentry.

But if you rarely cook, or your BTO already comes without a kitchen door — spending on one might not make sense for you.
