JIA is pleased to be featured in the Feb–Mar 2026 issue of Singapore!

This project was a bold exploration of what design can truly achieve — encasing structural columns into sculptural statements through calibrated geometry, and creating a suspended skywalk that seamlessly connects four houses into one unified home.

What began as constraints became catalysts. Every obstacle pushed us to think deeper, refine sharper, and design braver. It reaffirmed my belief that design is not just about aesthetics — it is about transforming limitations into opportunities.

A luxurious and transformative bungalow merges four semi-detached homes into a single expansive detached residence designed for four generations, combining functionality with modern elegance.

Yes, Interior Designers should be regulated and licensed. Licensing can ensure that professionals meet industry standards, protecting clients and elevating the industry as a whole, enhancing the credibility and trust in our field, ultimately benefiting both designers and clients.

That is why I’m accredited with Singapore Interior Design Accreditation Council - SIDAC ,the only national interior design accreditation announced by Ms Indranee Rajah, Second Minister for Finance & National Development,

I am an Asia Pacific Accredited Interior Designer through the esteemed accreditation program for Professional Interior Designers by Apsda- Asia Pacific Space Designers Association recognised in 13 countries across in the Asia Pacific region.

Even as industry groups push through with their own accreditation programmes, regulations may still be needed to address some long-standing issues within the renovation industry.

I am truly honored to be recognized as an Asia Pacific Accredited Interior Designer through the esteemed accreditation program for Professional Interior Designers in the Asia Pacific region. This recognition by Apsda- Asia Pacific Space Designers Association is a significant milestone in my journey as an interior designer. The accreditation would be recognized in national-level design associations from across Asia : Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, India, Taiwan, Thailand, Indonesia, Macao, Malaysia, Nepal and Philippines.

I look forward to continuing to push boundaries, create meaningful spaces, and contribute to the ever-evolving landscape of design in our Asia Pacific region.

Designing the natureland spa in Terminal 3 of Changi Airport was an ambitious project for us. With attention to every detail, the spa boasts a harmonious blend of natural materials, soothing colors, and ambient lighting that creates a serene and calming atmosphere.
