2. Only serious buyers. Be 100% sure that you want to purchase/bid the items.
3. Similarly, customers who back out after submission of an order will lead to being blacklisted on this site. Should the customer want to rectify this and continue shopping, a fee of S$5 would be required.
4. All items
sold are brand new, unless stated.
5. Strictly no negotiation. The prices are final and fixed.
6. Payment, including delivery charges must be paid within 3 days the confirmation order is made. Orders are cancelled otherwise.
7. Items availability runs on a first pay, first serve basis.
8. Buy at own risk. Items bought are not refundable or exchangeable. Don't worry, we'll ensure the items is in good condition and quality before mailing.
9. Please understand that there may be slight variation in color/texture between the actual item and that shown in photo due to lighting effects thus there will be no exchange/refund allowed on the basis of color/texture differences.
10. All items will be delivered only after full payment is made. All postage/delivery fees are to be paid by buyers.
11. Products are ensured to be in their best condition before being mail out. However, this does not guarantee that the product will not be damaged or lost in the mail. Customer who are impatient or need to purchase an item on short notice are advised not to purchase, as items take time to be shipped and arrive.
12. All pictures in the blog is copyrighted. No stealing of pictures please.
13. Whether is it IBanking/ATM Transfer, full amount must be paid before orders will be processed.
14. We won't be taking any responsibility for any lost mail or damages by normal mail.
15. Items will be sent out via mail only. (Postage Fees - Paid to SingPost):
> Normal Mail: $2 for the first item and subsequently just add $0.80~$1.00 (depends on weight of item) per piece. AT OWN RISK!
> Registered Mail: $3 + (Weight of Item) per piece.
