this hidden pull-out dining top in a Tampines home tucks inside a secondary cabinet and comes out only when the occasion calls, morning coffee, slow evenings, or an intimate dinner above the reservoir.

Old soul. New home. ✨

This 2,497 sqft resale at Orchard Scotts was more than a renovation, it was a reinvention.

We transformed a maze-like layout into a flowing, light-filled home for a family of three. The brief? Let their beloved vintage carved furniture and personal art collection take centre stage, while giving it all a modern, timeless backdrop.

The result: warm neutral tones, bespoke carpentry, and feature walls that speak quietly but confidently.

Because the best interiors don’t shout, they resonate.

A feature wall that hides more than you think.

What looks like a seamless timber feature wall in the living room is actually concealing the toilet entrance, flush with the cabinetry, no visible door frame, no interruption to the design.

The arch detail is the only hint that something is behind it. And even then, it just looks like a design choice.

Sometimes it’s one detail that makes the whole room land.

Framed in dark fluted panels, this workspace sits within the room without taking it over. The warm LED lighting and full-width venetian blinds create a balance between focus and comfort, bright enough to work, calm enough to think.

This soft closing sliding door was one of our favourite touches in Echelon @ 7 Alexandra, a simple detail that gives this young family full control over their space without compromising the open, airy feel of their home.
