Turning an unused balcony into a bigger kitchen ✨

The homeowner felt that the original balcony space wasn’t being fully utilized.

So the existing metal grille was removed and the area was incorporated into the kitchen, creating a larger and more practical living space 👍

To maintain ventilation and natural light, we installed a 2-panel casement window with a top ventilation window 🌬️

The upper section allows airflow even when the main windows remain closed.

Dark-tinted glass was selected to provide additional daytime privacy while still allowing natural light into the space ☀️

Finished with factory-coated grey aluminium frames, the overall look feels clean, modern, and well-balanced ✨
