SPARKASSE LJUBLJANA

A new chapter for Sparkasse!

Kragelj has partnered with Banka Sparkasse to transform its headquarters in Ljubljana into a flexible workplace that puts people at its center.
Selected through an invited competition, our workplace strategy and design bring the whole Sparkasse Group together under one roof, from client-facing spaces on the ground floor to departments above.

Developed in close dialogue with the bank’s employees through surveys and workshops, the design includes shared workstations, and open collaboration hubs around the building’s core. Each floor has its own character and feature colours for intuitive wayfinding.
