Aviat’s new workspace is all about clarity in design and function.

Their previous offices didn’t reflect how they worked.

So Aviat partnered with Kragelj to rethink everything. Through interviews and a tailored test-fit process, we focused not just on fixing the old problems but on building a workspace fit for the future, with people at the center of every decision.

HOUSE KOPER

Set quietly in the hills of Slovenia’s coast, this new home blends modern design with Mediterranean soul.

Built across three terraced levels, the home rises with the terrain, offering incredible views from the upper living quarters. A pool, sunken fire pit, and outdoor kitchen make it a natural summer retreat.

The façade is a homage to classic coastal architecture, with cast concrete and local stone creating a raw, textured elegance. Light tones let the lush, natural landscape take the spotlight.

Kragelj Architects designed the new office spaces NGEN, a technology-driven company focused on innovation, digitization, and decarbonization.

From the moment you step inside, the space signals movement, ambition, and change. A curving green slide spirals through a shared atrium, connecting people and ideas. It’s unexpected. It’s fun. And it reflects the kind of mindset NGEN brings to its mission: serious about results, but unafraid to rethink how we get there.

Soft textures, clean lines, and natural elements create a calm backdrop. A living moss wall behind the reception desk doesn’t just say “welcome”, it says “we walk the talk.” The entire office is infused with subtle cues that reinforce NGEN’s identity as a tech company deeply rooted in sustainability.

The interior of this Kostrena home reflects the same principles of modern minimalism and functional elegance that lead the architectural design.

Open-plan living, dining, and kitchen areas flow effortlessly into one another, emphasizing spaciousness and clarity. Floor-to-ceiling windows and large sliding doors connect the interior with the surrounding landscape, framing views of greenery and the sea while drawing in abundant natural light.

A soft, monochromatic palette of warm neutrals, natural textures, and refined materials creates a serene and cohesive atmosphere throughout the space.
