ITA, Italian Trade Agency, is now published on ArchDaily.

The new headquarters in Dakar was created by rehabilitating an abandoned building inside the Italian Embassy complex. An independent metal structure, with aluminum slats in the same color, stands in front of the original envelope, so the old and the new stay legible.

Reinforced concrete is limited to the foundations and the access staircase. The rest is built with crushed shell, local resin, and metal prefabrication developed with Italian and Senegalese companies.

Project for the construction of a residential building with 7 floors plus ground floor, located in Ngor, Dakar.

We are pleased to share some images from the construction site of this important development. Even at this early stage, the perimeter balconies, a distinctive feature of the project, are already clearly recognizable.

The façade composition is conceived as a rhythmic sequence of solid and void elements, where the balconies act as architectural devices that mediate between privacy, openness to the outside, and solar protection.

Another significant step for Most Studio in its contribution to the architectural development of Dakar.

“Elysium” Project | Conakry, Guinea

Construction of a new residential complex consisting of 10 sea-view villas.

Construction work on Elysium is ongoing, and the project is now entering a more significant phase. The images show the shared area with an infinity pool overlooking the ocean, the central feature of the development.
Also visible are the two seafront villas with private gardens, the pedestrian walkway leading to the beach, and the shared spaces designed to enhance the seamless connection between architecture and landscape.

A key step toward the completion of a residential complex defined by innovation, modern design, and high construction quality.
