Unfortunately Royal Mail now only deliver second class parcels every other day rather than once received. I am seeing a huge number of orders being delayed at the moment due to this❌

I’m receiving lots of messages, negative feedback, people opening cases on Etsy and getting full refunds. If someone opens a case, I can’t even intervene😔

This isn’t my full time job (I wish it was!), I get orders out as quickly as I can around full time work, life and being a dog mummy myself to three wild babies🐶🐶🐶 I currently have a 3-7 day dispatch time, but new shipping rules are making this a lot longer for items to arrive on top of this😩

I charge 80p for shipping and cover the difference myself, (other faster and tracked options are available for more expense and on multiple items this obviously goes up), but to keep prices low and affordable for my customers, I can’t send every order tracked unless paid for at the higher cost.

I can understand the frustration of awaiting over a week for a product to arrive, and I can only apologise for how long this is currently taking, but please keep in mind small businesses are suffering for things out of their control. I will always work with someone to offer a replacement or refund if not recieved after some time, alls it takes is a message.

Behind every small business is someone spending their spare time, pouring their heart into making a handmade item, packing your orders with love and care no matter the time of day. Support and understanding keeps it beating🖤🤍
