โปรเจ็ค ทำกลิ่นให้กับร้านอาหารและบาร์ซินซาโกย

ก่อนที่จะมาสรุปเป็นกลิ่นนี้
มี 3 ออปชั่นของกลิ่นซินแซโกยให้เลือก

กลับกลายเป็นว่า มีไอเดียที่จะเอา 3 กลิ่นนี้มาแพริ่งกับอาหารและเครื่องดื่ม

เป็นหนึ่งในกิจกรรมไฮไลท์วันงานเปิดตัวกลิ่นร้าน

โดยมีเชฟคุณ “เก๋” ซึ่งเป็น co-founder ของร้าน

ครีเอต 3 คอร์สที่ แพริ่งกับกลิ่นทั้งหมด 3 กลิ่น
และจบสุดท้ายด้วยเครื่องดื่มที่แพริ่งกับกลิ่นสุดท้าย
ซึ่งเป็นเฉลยของกลิ่นร้านนั้นเอง

อยากได้มาลองดมกลิ่นที่ร้านได้เลย
เพราะกลิ่นนี้จะมีตลอดไป

ครั้งนี้กานดาได้มีโอกาสมาปรุงกลิ่นในงาน Grand Opening ของโรงแรม Andaz One Bangkok

จัดว่าเป็นงานที่ออกไปทาง experience ซะมากกว่างาน event
(ซึ่งดีค่ะ เพราะในฐานะของคนหนึ่งที่ไปงาน event มาเยอะ
ปิดตานึกก็แทบจะออกว่าแต่ละจุดต้องเจอกับอะไรบ้าง)

ไม่มีเวที ไม่มีพิธีกร เป็นโฟลว์อิสระที่ถูกวางแผนการเดินที่พาแขกไปตามแต่ละจุด

รู้สึกยินดีมากที่ถูกชวนให้ไปในฐานะ 1 ใน sensory experience ของงาน
ที่ประกอบไปด้วย
— scent, sound, lighting, food, contemporary dance

โปรเจกต์นี้ เราเลือกใช้ “กลิ่นและวัตถุ”
(ตามแบบฉบับ DNA ของแบรนด์เรา ที่สองสิ่งนี้มักจะมาคู่กัน)

เราเล่าเรื่องของสถานที่
ผ่าน 3 จุด
3 เรื่องราวของ Andaz

ทั้งเพื่อนบ้านข้างเคียง
พื้นที่ในอดีต
และความรู้สึกของการได้อยู่ใน Andaz One Bangkok

สำหรับจุดของเรา ที่เรียกว่า
Scent of Place จะได้รู้เรื่องราวของสถานที่ ผ่านทั้งกลิ่นและวัตถุปล่อยกลิ่น

ดม — ฟัง — มอง — สัมผัส
และค่อย ๆ ถูกพาไปยังแต่ละจุด

“when scent becomes object”

กลิ่นของซินแซโกยที่ไม่ได้ลอยอยู่ในอากาศเฉย ๆ
แต่ผ่านวัตถุ ออกแบบโดย

วัตถุที่ไม่ใช่ diffuser ,ไม่ใช่ room spray สำเร็จรูป
แต่เป็นวัตถุที่ถูกสร้างขึ้นมาใหม่

ทำจากวัสดุที่เคยถูกทิ้ง ถูกหยิบกลับมาใช้อีกครั้ง

— ผักตบชวาแห้ง
— ไม้ยางพาราหมดอายุ

ผสานกับ Kinetic Art ทั้งหมดถูกออกแบบให้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของพื้นที่ค่อย ๆ ดูดซับกลิ่น และปล่อยออกมาอย่างช้า ๆ เรื่อยๆ ทั่วทั้งงาน ตลอดทั้งคิน

ตีความและปรุงกลิ่นโดย

“เราอยากเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของย่านนี้ ผมออกแบบโดยคิดถึงคนที่เข้ามา ว่าเค้าจะรู้สึกยังไง ให้ร้านนี้กลมกลืนไปกับชุมชนที่นี่ มันเริ่มมาจากข้างนอกเข้ามา ไม่ใช่จากเราออกไป“ สถาปนิกผู้ออกแบบ และผู้ร่วมก่อตั้งร้าน

ร้านอาหาร บาร์ ตึกเก่า ศิลปะ ผู้คน
กลิ่นหอม .. ที่ต้องเหมาะกับที่นี่

“กลิ่นของซินแซโกย”

กลิ่นที่เป็น “ซินแซโกย” จริง ๆ

ตีความและปรุงกลิ่นโดย
“มันไม่ใช่แค่การหยิบโน้ตความเป็นจีนมาใส่
แต่คือการเข้าใจตัวตนของพื้นที่ และสิ่งที่อยู่รอบๆ“

ซินแซโกย ร้านอาหารและบาร์
ที่ทั้งกลมกลืน โดดเด่น
อยู่กลางซอยนานา ถนนเดิมของย่านหมอยาจีน

ผสมกับอาหารที่ดัดแปลงรสชาติประเภท “cookshop” (จากอดีตที่เชฟจีนทำอาหารให้นายฝรั่ง)

มันมีทั้งความดั้งเดิม
ความเคารพต่อสิ่งที่เคยมี
ความเรียบ เท่
และมีสีสันป็อบๆ ของค่ำคืนที่สนุก

ทั้งหมดนี้ถูกแปลงเป็น “กลิ่น”
ที่เล่าซินแซโกยในแบบที่มันเป็น

A scent that truly reflects Xin Xe Goi.

Interpreted and crafted by GANDA scent & object.

“It’s not about adding ‘Chinese notes’ into a scent,
but about understanding the identity of the place
and everything surrounding it.”

Xin Xe Goi , a restaurant and bar
both blending in and standing out in the heart of Soi Nana, once a street of traditional Chinese medicine.

Paired with a “cookshop” style of cuisine rooted in the past, when Chinese chefs cooked for Western households.

There is tradition
a respect for what once was
a sense of calm, refined cool
+ a subtle pop of nightlife energy.

All of this is translated into a scent that tells the story of Xin Xe Goi, as it truly is.
