Never hate drawing NHD Design studio and Art shop by Chiang Mai native artist, Ken Hamala An artist's studio & shop by Ken Hamala. We don't have a workshop or class yet.

But we welcome everyone. The studio was opened since 2007 under a name ‘Nokhook Design’ (aka NHD). It was closed for 4 years between 2017-2020 as Ken went to the UK. The studio was rebranded and renovated in 2021 with a new name ‘Never Hate Drawing’ (also known as NHD in short). Ken’s distinctive style is a mix between local and global, traditional and contemporary, with vibrant in colours and lov

ely doodles. His works can be both humourous and satirical. With his background and experience as a graphic designer in Chiang Mai and in Leeds (UK), he wishes to engage more in artworks that express both his cultural background and global, critical issues.

Host by Ken Hamala (NHD)
(booking only) *Age 16 and above

We are now ready to have the first round of the risograph workshop. Let’s have some fun in creating your own artworks and prints. No computer graphic skills needed. Just imagination and creativity will do.

Date & Time: Monday - Friday (studio open 11am - 6 pm) 3 hours per class
Place: Never hate drawing, old city, Chiang Mai

Capacity: 4 people max. (minimum 2)
Cost: 2,000 baht per person

Price includes materials (for in-store use only), drinks, and refreshments.
You will get 10, A4 riso prints (in 2 colours,)

*The workshop will be in Thai and English only. Applicants who book 2 or more seats get a 10% discount.
