This beautiful artwork is a traditional Madhubani painting, a folk art form that originates from the Mithila region of Nepal and Bihar, India.

The painting typically uses vibrant natural colors, intricate patterns, and symbolic representations of cultural stories.

🎨 Scene Depicted:
The artwork portrays the Swayamvar of Sita, a famous scene from the Ramayana:
- Sita, on the right, is placing a garland around Lord Rama, symbolizing her choice in marriage.
- Rama is accompanied by his brother Lakshmana (left), and Sita is accompanied by her female companions.
- The setting is adorned with floral and decorative elements, common in Mithila wedding rituals.
