Today is World Mental Health Day. In the floral industry, we know that beautiful things take time, care, and the right environment to flourish.
The same applies to our minds. Guarding our mental health, setting boundaries, and seeking support when needed are essential practices for professional longevity and personal peace.
Remember to take a breath, step outside, and prioritize your well-being today. 🌸

50 years of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. 🇹🇹

Today, we honour the vision that shaped our republic and the people who continue to define it through their creativity, resilience, and care for one another.

Happy 50th Republic Day, Trinidad and Tobago. May we carry that spirit forward, together.
