@自主安裝 樂趣無窮 Do It Yourself Feel So Good 針對你的W212 E200音響主機 這裡有拆卸步驟可以參考 這項操作有一定難度 特別是在拆裝飾板時 卡榫很容易斷裂 過程請務必小心 拆卸步驟 拆卸中央出風口總成 這是取出主機的關鍵第一步 步驟1 手套箱內有兩個鋼片插銷 向下拉開 步驟2 前乘客座出風口內左右各有一個孔 用90度制具插入拉出 步驟3 中央出風口左右內側各有一個塑膠卡榫 用一字起子插入 向內側推入後 整件飾板向外拉出 雙手抓住中央出風口總成的兩側 小心地將其向外拉出 出風口總成背後有金屬卡扣固定 操作時務必留意 避免用力過猛扯斷 步驟4 音響主機用兩個T27 Torx螺絲固定 卸下 輕輕拉出主機右側下方有個線組 壓下卡榫 拉出線組後 鬆開主機兩側固定螺絲 出風口總成移開後 會看到音響主機左右兩側各有一顆銀色的T27 Torx螺絲 使用T27起子將這兩顆螺絲逆時針旋鬆 但不需要完全轉下來 這是一種特殊設計 螺絲轉鬆的過程會將下方的固定夾具鬆開 取出音響主機 確認兩側螺絲都鬆開後 握住主機本體 小心地將它從中控台滑出 主機後方連接了電源 喇叭和光纖線 請先將這些線組接頭一一拔除 即可完全取下主機 W212 COMAND System Removal Procedure Step 1 Inside the glove box there are two steel pin clips Pull them downward to release Step 2 On the front passenger-side air vent there is one hole on each side- left and right- Insert a 90-degree tool into each hole and pull the vent outward Step 3 On the inner left and right sides of the center air vent there is one plastic retaining clip on each side Insert a flathead screwdriver and push each clip inward Then pull the entire trim panel outward Step 4 The audio head unit is secured with two T20 screws Remove the screws and gently pull the unit forward On the lower right side of the head unit there is a wiring harness Press the locking tab disconnect the harness then remove all remaining wiring connectors from the rear of the unit Carefully take the unit out for service--repair
