​As urban land scarcity and rising values compel developers to design more compact units, spatial reduction alone cannot ensure enduring value. True design begins with a profound understanding of target demographics and their nuanced lifestyle aspirations.

即便在同一個地段，不同族群對生活的需求亦截然不同——我們依循真實需求打磨產品特性，由特性定錨空間風格，再透過天然石材肌理、金屬細節與線性光影的層次鋪陳，將生活願景具象化為空間語言。從圖紙推演到市場驗證，每一個環節皆凝聚了跨領域專業的無數次探討與反覆校準；面對越發嚴峻的市場考驗，我們以加倍的專注嚴謹以待，即便這不保證市場的必然掌聲，但每一次在現實條件下的極致推敲，都是讓團隊思慮更加成熟、視野更臻完整的扎實修練。
Even within the same district, living patterns vary widely; we calibrate architectural features to these distinct needs, derive spatial identities from them, and articulate the concept through rich stone textures, refined metal accents, and sculpted light layers. Every material junction and proportion represents countless cross-disciplinary debates and iterative refinements. In an increasingly demanding market, while meticulous diligence offers no absolute shortcut, each deliberate exercise in balance and restraint fortifies our team's strategic depth and architectural ex*****on.

【方寸間的開展｜光影與鏡像的視覺延伸】
​Expanding the Compact: The Geometry of Visual Extension

​面對當代都市高房價與坪數縮減的居住趨勢，如何讓緊湊的空間釋放出從容的生活餘裕，是樣品屋規劃中最關鍵的課題。
​As rising urban land values continue to shape increasingly compact floor plans, unlocking a generous sense of living within tight boundaries becomes the defining challenge of model home design.

這座尺度精準的三房住宅中，我們在有限預算內注入多重視覺延伸手法：以俐落的線性光帶引領視線向上與向外延展，巧妙拉闊整體維度；藉由鏡面材質的虛實反射倍增空間進深，創造通透的穿透感；更善用樣品屋獨有的開放性打破隔間邊界，使客廳、餐區與多功能房自然串聯。在極致機能與細膩美感間取得平衡，讓每一處剛好的空間，都能展現超越坪數限制的開闊與溫潤。
Within this tailored three-bedroom layout, we applied disciplined visual deconstruction and extension techniques: continuous linear lighting guides the eye upward and outward to expand spatial perception, while strategic mirrored surfaces multiply depth and natural light pe*******on. Embracing the open fluidity unique to a model residence, removing rigid partitions allows the living, dining, and study zones to converse effortlessly. Harmonizing functional efficiency with warm material details, the design transcends physical limits to deliver an expansive, luminous living experience.

【重聚的座標｜跨越重洋的歸心之所】
​The Odyssey Home: A Bespoke Haven for Family Reunion
​
​讀《奧德賽》探討著歸途的多重意涵，反觀空間設計，它所承載的往往是一個人半生的奮鬥與心願。
​Reflecting on the Odyssey, the journey home carries profound layers of meaning; in spatial design, a residence is fundamentally the vessel of a lifetime's endeavor and deepest wishes.

這片土地最初見證了一位台灣創業者的起步，隨後他帶著事業遠赴南非拓荒打拚，伴隨著三個兒子的成長；如今功成退休回到故里，他拆除當年的老工廠，親自起造了一棟五層樓的宅邸——一樓為車庫，樓上每一層則各自留給一個兒子的小家庭。他熱切地向我們展示南非宅邸的光景，以及孩子們在加拿大的生活空間，心心念念的是希望能將那些熟悉的空間尺度與記憶中的「家的味道」原汁原味地移植回來，讓遠行的孩子們踏進家門的瞬間便能全然放鬆。每個私宅案都封存著主人的深情想望，之壹團隊期許自己深刻體會這份父愛，將橫跨三大洲的生活軌跡化為溫潤典雅的空間細節，為這座家族築起一處隨時守候著全家團聚的溫暖港灣。
This very land witnessed the humble beginnings of a Taiwanese entrepreneur before he expanded his venture to South Africa, raising three sons along the way. Returning to his roots for retirement, he demolished the original factory to build a five-story residence—dedicating the ground floor to parking and reserving an entire level for each son's family. He eagerly shared photos of his South African home alongside his sons' residences in Canada, desiring to recreate that familiar warmth and spatial rhythm so his children would instantly feel at home whenever they return. Every private residence holds the owner's cherished hopes; at atONE CONSTRUCTION, our purpose is to decode this fatherly devotion, translating transcontinental memories into timeless, refined architectural details that set the stage for enduring family reunions.

【第七樂章｜致同行的掌舵者】
​The Seventh Chapter:
A Tribute to Visionary Leadership
​
​在近二十年的執業生涯中，能遇到相知相惜的前輩與「貴人」，是一生受用的沉澱。認識佳元建設蔡董事長已逾十五年，見證他從土地開發主管一路帶領團隊，成長為雙北具代表性的指標開發商。面對這樣一位親力親為、對標準極致嚴苛的掌舵者，合作過程從不輕鬆，卻也正是這份高標，驅使我們在設計上思慮得更深、看得更遠。
​Over nearly two decades of practice, encountering true mentors and visionary partners remains one of our most treasured privileges. Having known Chairman Tsai of Jiayuan Development for over fifteen years, we have witnessed his journey from a land development executive to leading a prominent property developer in the Greater Taipei area. Collaborating with a leader who demands perfection is never easy, yet his exacting standards continuously challenge us to think deeper and look further.

本案作為我們合作的起點，適逢其公司的第七個作品，因而命名為「柒章」，取意「第七樂章」。從社區迎賓門廳、景觀頂樓，到地下停車空間與電梯車廂，我們將數字「柒」的符號與精神化為細緻的空間語彙貫穿全案。當建案在三個月潛銷後迎來「一日完銷」的佳績，蔡董僅雲淡風輕地表示「這是團隊計畫內的事」——這份從容與遠見，正是頂尖掌舵者最迷人的風骨。
Marked as our first collaboration and the firm's seventh development, the project was named "柒章" (The Seventh Chapter). From the arrival lobby and rooftop terrace down to the subterranean parking and elevator cabs, we subtly wove the motif of the numeral "seven" into a cohesive spatial language. Following a three-month soft launch, the project achieved a remarkable single-day sell-out; yet Chairman Tsai modestly remarked that it was simply "all within the team's planned ex*****on"—a calm, visionary response that defines true leadership.

《時代浪潮下的等待｜凝練中的新境》
​Paused in Time: A Reflection on Architecture and Market Cycles
​
​建設開發既是推動經濟與產業脈動的火車頭，亦是社會議題聚焦的風口。近年台灣房市在政策調控下趨於平緩與壓抑，許多區域的開發步調不得不放緩甚至延後。
​Real estate development serves as both an economic catalyst and a focal point of societal discourse. As recent market dynamics in Taiwan shift under policy regulation, development cycles across regions have inevitably slowed.

然而，無論大環境的時空背景如何推移，我們的設計理念始終如一：將開發商的品牌基因、區域的風土特性與未來住戶的生活渴望深度揉合，並精準拆解公設空間的秩序與維度。遺憾的是，在當下的市場氛圍中，許多凝結了團隊無數心血的空間藍圖，如同眼前這些畫面般處於無止境的等待；我們依然期盼著破曉之日，能將過程中所積澱的專注與思考，在真實的生活場域中實踐與呈現。
Yet across all economic fluctuations, our design philosophy remains steadfast: seamlessly integrating developer identity, site context, and future lifestyle aspirations into refined spatial frameworks. While macroeconomic shifts leave these carefully orchestrated blueprints waiting in quiet suspension, we remain deeply committed to the day these concepts step beyond renderings—translating rigorous spatial logic into living, breathing everyday environments.

《光影與街區的起點》
​Cunzhong Street Memories: Where Light and Urban Life Intersect
​
​最近準備再次展開老屋翻新，思緒不經意飄回將近二十年前，剛到台中工作那幾年搬進存中街華廈的時光。
​As we prepare for another old house renovation, my mind drifts back nearly two decades to my early years in Taichung—moving into a high-floor apartment along Cunzhong Street.

面對這個方正且採光通透的空間，我嘗試以色彩與家具為軸心，採「清裝修、重佈置」的手法梳理生活；如今看來，那是對居住本質最初也最純粹的探索。在那裡，我深刻體會到美好的生活不僅限於室內，周遭的公園、市場、美術館、勤美誠品與巷弄美食，都如養分般豐富了當時的日常與日後的記憶。而面南高樓層直立簾所篩進的陽光，將每一幕平凡的生活場景雕琢得如電影鏡頭般詩意，至今依然歷歷在目。
Embracing its square layout and abundant light, I adopted a light-renovation approach centered around rich color palettes and curated furniture, a pure experiment in soft furnishings that yielded pure satisfaction. It was there I learned that a true home extends beyond its interior boundaries; the surrounding parks, markets, Taiwan Fine Arts Museum, CMP Eslite, and local eateries deeply enriched both my daily routine and lasting memories. Every afternoon, southern light filtered through vertical blinds, sculpting ordinary moments into cinematic frames that remain vivid to this day.

《石築沉穩｜凝瀲書香》
​Reconstructing the Literary Horizon: A Spatial Tribute to Knowledge and Nature

​「搜羅場域特性，沉澱並提煉為空間元素，在區域間重新架構，向來是我們設計的起點。」
​深入理解地塊紋理與工程基因，並將其轉化為空間語言，是我們為銷售場域建立專屬情緒的前奏。
​“Understanding local context, refining key narratives, and translating them into spatial elements within a re-architected volume—this forms the genesis of our design ethos.”
​
​本案坐落於緊鄰國家級圖書館的核心地塊，由具備頂尖工程底蘊的建商開發。
​身為接待中心的設計團隊，我們從發想之初便思考：如何透過精準的材質與造型，將建商的實力與鄰里的人文底蘊刻畫在空間的裡裡外外？讓未來的居住者能以最直覺的語彙，感受此處即將展開的生活美好。
​Situated adjacent to the National Library and developed by a builder renowned for engineering precision, this sales pavilion bridges structural strength with cultural context.
​Our goal was to translate future architectural quality into an intuitive, tactile spatial language—allowing prospective residents to seamlessly envision their living environment to come.

​磐石意象｜Solid Foundation
以深色輕質石板築起一道道聳立的垂直牆體，向建商嚴謹的工程背景致敬，同時賦予建築沉穩而俐落的昂然氣質。
Vertically aligned dark slate monoliths honor the developer’s engineering strength, imposing a grounded, sophisticated architectural presence.
​自然滲透｜Biophilic Continuity
對應周遭大片綠地，我們讓主空間的內外皆被綠植完整包覆，使自然的節奏預先融入展示體驗中。
Echoing the surrounding parkland, greenery seamlessly weaves from the exterior into the interior, offering a preview of the project's natural setting.
​書香蔓延｜Literary Allegory
回應國家圖書館的文學意涵，我們將「書」的型態解構與重組——或巨大如獨立牆體，或轉化為天花板上隨廊道展開的木質頁面。使「書香」不只是概念，而是如微風般瀰漫於整座場域。
Translating the neighboring library's identity, we deconstructed the essence of books—expressing them as monumental wall structures and page-like ceiling panels that float along the corridors, infusing the space with quiet intellect.

而這​一切的幾何推演與細節點綴，皆為了與未來的想望完美交融，也期許這份心思，能夠讓觀者完整體會。
​Every spatial proportion and material detail is crafted to allow visitors to intuitively touch, see, and anticipate their future sanctuary.

《未竟之境》
​Unbuilt Concepts: A Manifesto on Pure Spatial Architecture
​
​這些是我們心中非常珍惜、卻遺憾未能落地的作品。
即便今日重新審視，我們依然深深認同當時推演出的每一道線條、光影與空間尺度。
​These are unbuilt projects we hold exceptionally dear. Even upon reflection today, we remain deeply aligned with every line, proportion, and light play crafted within these proposals.
​
​設計這個行業最迷人、也最嚴苛之處，在於它從不該有固定的模板與產品樣貌。
​我們所追求的，始終是透過縝密的思緒去「重新架構空間」，而非套用某種簽名式的單一風格。因此，我們無法單純拿過去的作品去限制對未來的想像；每一個案子，都必須針對其獨特的場域條件，經由平面架構與透視演繹，進行全新且完整的陳述。
​What makes architecture both fascinating and demanding is that it admits no fixed templates.
​We seek to reconstruct space through rigorous spatial logic rather than repeating a signature style. Thus, a past portfolio cannot define tomorrow’s possibilities. Every project demands a bespoke narrative—expressed anew through its plan, structure, and spatial perspective.
​
​設計固然主觀，但也往往受到許多現實因素的牽制。
​我們偶爾聽聞業界對於「千篇一律的套路」，或是「簽約後工地脫節空轉」的抱怨與遺憾。這些聲音，除了提醒我們在業務推動上仍需更加努力，更成了我們時刻警惕的基石。
​我們期許自己，在每一次幸運贏得信任、接下重任之後，絕不如此操作，也絕不讓團隊陷入這樣的評價之中。
​Design is inherently subjective and often shaped by complex variables.
​The criticisms commonly heard in the market—repetitive tropes or site abandonment after securing contracts—serve as an enduring caution for us. They remind us to strive harder, and more importantly, to ensure that once trust is given, we never compromise on ex*****on or professional accountability.
​
​僅以這兩組傾注全力、卻未能迎來光芒的提案，作為我們成長的引以為鑑。
​它們是遺珠，更是我們對空間純粹性與責任感，最深刻的記號。
​We share these two unbuilt proposals—projects crafted with total dedication—as a reminder of our core values.
​Though unbuilt, they stand as a lasting testament to our commitment to pure spatial narrative and uncompromised design integrity.
