將區域的發展軌跡與無數家庭的歸屬感，揉合為建築外立面的錯落剪影。
A physical synthesis of urban progress and emotional belonging—weaving scattered house silhouettes into a monumental architectural facade.

​鄰近台中後花園「大坑風景區」，本案橫跨大里溪、佇立於知名地標情人橋畔。面對深耕該區域多年的開發商，設計不只著眼於當下的銷售，更試圖為其過去打造的住宅聚落與未來的開發藍圖，寫下一封立體的情書。
​量體外觀｜家屋輪廓的疊加與錯落
我們以「成就眾多夢想的家」為概念，提煉出最原始而溫暖的「家屋屋脊輪廓」。透過前後層次錯落的幾何外立面，將咖啡廳門面、接待大廳入口、管理中心與洽談室有機包裹——讓外觀宛如一座縮小版的溫馨聚落，向過往致敬，同時預告著未來的居住景觀。
​室內場域｜柔和色調與未來展望
室內延伸了「家」的包覆感，以輕柔的馬卡龍色系為主軸，營造出和煦、無壓且具親和力的賞屋氛圍。同時巧妙鑲嵌鏡面與拋光金屬材質，在溫潤的色彩中挹注當代精緻度，透過光影反射與視覺張力，帶領造訪者一同展望對未來生活的美好憧憬。

​Situated by the iconic Lover's Bridge over the Dali Creek—near the lush Dakeng Scenic Area—this project serves as a visionary pavilion for a developer who has long shaped the residential landscape of this district.
​Architectural Envelope | A Collage of Home Silhouettes
Grounded in the concept of "Achieving Dreams of Home," the exterior features a series of staggered gable contours layered front to back. These distinct profiles frame the neighborhood café, main pavilion entrance, management hub, and private negotiation suites. Together, they form a three-dimensional village skyline—honoring past communities while previewing the blueprint of future living.
​Interior Narrative | Soft Palettes & Visionary Horizons
Inside, the space embraces visitors with a comforting macaron color palette, creating an inviting, family-friendly atmosphere. Reflective mirrors and sleek metallic accents are seamlessly integrated, infusing modern sophistication and spatial depth. The play of light and reflection invites prospective homeowners to imagine their future stories within a warm, forward-looking sanctuary.

當一座會館橫跨於社區入口之上，它不只是安全的門界，更是立體生活的敘事劇場。
Positioned directly above the main gateway, this amenity center transforms a traditional entry arch into a vertical stage for community life.

​坐落於桃園航空城客運園區、緊鄰喜來登大飯店，這座服務近百戶連排別墅的獨立公設棟，以直跨車道門戶之姿，構成了整個社區第一眼的立體地標。
​設計靈感源自宮崎駿《神隱少女》中「油屋」的層疊空間哲學——以「一層一天地」為軸線，隨著電梯門的劃開，各樓層展開著機能與光景截然不同的垂直日常：
​1F｜門戶與秩序：整合社區車道門禁與管理中心，作為地標建築的安定基座。
​2F｜城市的微光櫥窗：輕食咖啡廳以大面積透明玻璃面向街廓，將室內流線天花與燈光張力投射於都市動脈，為社區創造極具記憶點的視覺端景。
​3F｜森林糖果屋：專為親子打造的童話樂園，運用軟質防護材料與彩虹小木屋包廂，在室內構築一座溫暖、安全的童趣森林，讓家人的陪伴成為最優雅的場景。
​4F-5F｜獨立的歡聚聚落：將 KTV 歡唱室、棋藝室、健身房與娛樂場域進行模組化分區。各層動線獨立且相互隔音，讓動態運動與靜態歡聚在各自的場域裡優雅舒展、互不干擾。
​從外界的凝視到內部的漫遊，這座會館以層疊的邊界，重新定義了社區門樓與公設服務的複合可能。

​Located in the Taoyuan Aerotropolis near the Sheraton Hotel, this clubhouse serves a 100-unit townhouse community. Bridging directly over the main entry drive, it creates a striking three-dimensional gateway for the neighborhood.
​Inspired by the intricate verticality of the bathhouse in Spirited Away, the design develops a story of "A Realm for Every Floor"—where each elevator stop reveals a uniquely curated experience:
​1F | Gateway & Order: Houses security and vehicle access, serving as a grounded base for the main structure.
​2F | The Urban Glass Showcase: A light café wrapped in full-height glass, glowing with sculptural ceiling forms to anchor visual focus along the lively boulevard.
​3F | The Forest Candy House: A child-friendly realm using soft safety materials and colorful shelter-like seating cabins, creating a cozy indoor park for parents and kids.
​4F–5F | Isolated Entertainment Hubs: KTV lounges, mahjong rooms, fitness areas, and game zones are arranged into acoustically partitioned suites—allowing distinct social activities to thrive simultaneously without noise crossover.
​From an eye-catching urban presence to rich interior journeys, this gateway clubhouse redefines the synergy between entry architecture and private residential amenities.

​在這座因應標準「三代同堂」所規劃的五層電梯別墅中，我們以「一層一天地」為心思，為不同世代的成員，雕琢出最舒適的生活邊界。
​一樓｜聚落的核心：整合交誼、料理與餐飲，作為全家人每日情感匯聚的社交中樞。
​二樓｜緊密的連結：得益於電梯梯廳，主臥室順暢銜接一樓公領域，讓父母能兼顧公私領域的動線切換。
​三樓｜成長的樞紐：小孩房位處三樓，向上能隨時陪伴長輩，向下亦在父母隨時關照的守護距離內。
​四至五樓｜長者專屬的空中 Villa：將孝親房設於四樓，直通五樓的佛堂與景觀露台花園，為爺爺奶奶疊加出一處能觀景、能養心的寧適天地。
​
基礎語彙選用乾淨細緻的白橡木紋，搭配具水墨流動感的灰白色系石紋。在統一的視覺基底中，因應不同樓層成員的性格做了微調——讓空間在保有家族凝聚力的同時，各自吐露著專屬於己的秩序與溫度。

​Designed for a classic three-generation household, this five-story elevator villa redefines multi-generational living under the narrative of "A Realm for Every Story."
​1st Floor | The Family Hub: Unifying living, cooking, and dining into an inviting social anchor for daily interactions.
​2nd Floor | The Master Retreat: Positioned for effortless access to the primary public areas below, offering parents fluid transitions between work and rest.
​3rd Floor | The Children's Realm: A central hub bridging connections to grandparents above while remaining within comfortable reach of parents below.
​4th & 5th Floors | The Sky Villa for Seniors: Combining the elder suite on the 4th floor with an ancestral space and rooftop garden terrace on the 5th, crafting a peaceful sky retreat for grandparents.

The design anchors itself in crisp white oak paired with ink-wash grey marble textures. While maintaining a cohesive aesthetic throughout, subtle variations across each level celebrate individual character while preserving a unified sense of home.

The agility of temporary architecture transforms a sales pavilion from a commercial venue into a living preview of the future.

​在台灣，接待中心因其「臨時性」，賦予了設計更高的展演彈性與自我彰顯的自由。
​本案坐落於桃園航空城計畫的核心樞紐，緊鄰高車流量的十字路口與喜來登酒店。面對車水馬龍的都市動脈，我們以「虛實對比」回應環境特性：
○​量體兩端的對話：一端為代表未來居住樣貌的「連排別墅全比例立面」，另一端則是象徵社區服務溫度的「大玻璃盒咖啡廳」。
○​虛實與高低的層次：中間以銷售大廳順暢串接，形成高低錯落、虛實交織的建築際線，在快速移動的視角中創造極具記憶點的都市端景。
​走入室內，我們將連排別墅「層層排列、重複延伸」的視覺韻律，轉化為大量的鏡面反射語彙。
​透過光影與空間的相互映射，不僅疊加了縱深感知，更為賞屋賓客創造出富含趣味與記憶點的空間體驗——讓銷售行為自然融入於理性的建築脈絡與感性的美學場域之中。

​In Taiwan, the temporary nature of sales pavilions opens a rare canvas for bold, expressive architectural freedom.
​Situated at a key intersection near the Sheraton Hotel in the Taoyuan Aerotropolis project, this pavilion commands a high-volume urban node through a striking game of Solid vs. Void:
□​A Dialogue of Two Anchor Volumes: One end showcases a full-scale townhouse facade to preview the future streetscape; the opposite end features a grand, transparent glass box housing the developer's signature community café.
□​Rhythmic Skyline: Linked by the central sales gallery, the high-and-low massing creates an eye-catching skyline that anchors the fast-moving intersection.
​Inside, the structural rhythm of repeating townhouse modules is reinterpreted through extensive mirrored planes.
​These reflective layers interplay with light and proportion, echoing the sequential depth of residential streetscapes while expanding interior boundaries—crafting an immersive, memorable spatial journey that effortlessly supports the sales narrative.

​一位每日專注於微米細節、追求「纖細、勻稱、天生」的醫美診所主理人，選擇了【東方之冠】作為歸心之地。
​面對屋主高度敏銳的審美眼界，之壹團隊收攏了建築本身沉穩大器的結構，並將居住者對理性和美感的偏執，轉化為空間的核心語言：
○​不喧嘩、不造作：捨棄繁複的裝飾符號，以幾何軸線與大理石自然紋理奠定場域的靜肅底蘊。
○​不誇飾、不堆疊：透過微暗的夾砂玻璃隔屏、沉穩的木質與金屬點綴，讓光線在開放與私密間自然流動。
​在細微的接縫與開展的尺度共存之中，我們構築出一個乾淨、明亮、清透的寧適空間。處處皆是經過嚴謹計算的平衡，讓居住者的心境，在此獲得最穩定的安放。

​Harmonizing the grand scale of the landmark residence with the owner’s exacting vision, we articulated a philosophy grounded in quiet perfection:
□​No Clutter, No Pretense: Dispensing with superficial ornament, we let clean geometric axes and the raw poetry of natural marble define the room’s serene rhythm.
□​No Exaggeration, No Over-Layering: Framed glass partitions, warm timber, and subtle metal accents allow light to filter softly between openness and privacy.

At the iconic intersection of Taiwan Boulevard and Calligraphy Greenway, securing this rare site was merely the prologue—the true endeavor was crafting an enduring spatial sanctuary worthy of a global perspective.

​坐落於台中草悟道核心、勤美洲際酒店正對面，【鼎泰上珹】擁有一種從全球視野來看都極為罕見的地段價值。
​面對如此獨一無二的土地條件，之壹團隊以國際頂級精品飯店的思維展開全局規劃，將「空間層次」與「細膩質感」發揮至極致：
○​靜謐的層次轉折：從地下二層極具儀式感的幾何藝術迎賓車廳，到雙倍挑高的金屬幾何光影大廳，我們透過材質與光線的遞進，為住戶在繁華市中心築起一道高隱私性的寧靜屏障。

​Located opposite the InterContinental Hotel along the Calligraphy Greenway, Ding Tai Shang Cheng commands a truly incomparable urban position.
​To honor this exceptional location, ONES CONSTRUCTION approached the design with a global hospitality mindset, pushing spatial layering and refined craftsmanship to their highest expression:
□​Nuanced Privacy & Arrival: From the Art Deco-inspired B2 drop-off lounge to the breathtaking double-height entrance hall, intricate geometric metalwork and marble textures curate a seamless transition from urban energy to tranquil seclusion.
□​A Natural Extension of Home: The public amenities are reimagined as elevated extensions of personal living space—featuring organic-sculpted rooftop cabanas, a movement studio crowned with fluid ceiling installations, and wellness areas immersed in green views.
​More than amenity spaces, we created an ecosystem that echoes the privacy, stature, and effortless care of the world’s finest boutique hotels—inviting residents to casually indulge in world-class living every single day.

台北的條通，承襲日治時期的「大正町」棋盤式街廓，充滿了濃濃的東洋風情，也是日式夜生活的指標區域。
Tiaotong in Taipei, inheriting the grid-like street layout of "Taisho-machi" during the Japanese occupation period, is full of strong oriental style and is also a landmark area for Japanese nightlife.

開發商在天津街整合如此大面積的土地，旨在打造符合該地區標準的住宅項目，並在整個空間中融合了西方與中國傳統美學，展現出精緻優雅的氣質。我們也致力於在華燈初上的都市生活中營造一處靜謐的休憩之所，如同夜幕降臨後應有的寧靜祥和。
The developer has consolidated such a large area of ​​land on Tianjin Street with the aim of creating a residential project that meets the standards of the area, blending Western and traditional Chinese aesthetics throughout the space to showcase a refined and elegant character. We are also committed to creating a tranquil retreat in the city as the lights come on, just like the peace and serenity that should exist after nightfall.

當住宅位處於市井生活的氣息如此氤氳的環境裡，我們試著將居所回到 住 的本質，讓日常生活的場域放大到建築內的設施空間，並延伸至周遭環境之中；鄰里的咖啡廳就是住戶的客廳，隨處可見的餐廳就是日常用餐的地方，附近大大小小的公園就是舒適的大陽台。當食衣住行可以如此的被擴充，住所本身就會回到它最原始也最被需要的功能_休息與放鬆的空間。它其實就等同於一間為擁有者量身打造的豪華套房，真實的生活場域被數倍的放大，讓居住者可以非常沉浸式的品嚐如此具有特色的區域的豐富與濃淡。
When a residence is situated in an environment brimming with the vibrant atmosphere of everyday life, we strive to return the dwelling to its essential function of "living." We expand the space for daily life not only within the building's facilities but also into its surroundings. The neighborhood café becomes the resident's living room, the ubiquitous restaurants serve as daily dining areas, and the numerous parks nearby become comfortable balconies. When the basic needs of food, clothing, shelter, and transportation are expanded in this way, the dwelling itself returns to its most fundamental and essential function: a space for rest and relaxation. It is essentially equivalent to a luxury suite tailor-made for its owner, where the real living space is magnified many times over, allowing residents to fully immerse themselves in the richness and nuances of this unique neighborhood.

相較於艾蜜莉在巴黎，其實后翼棄兵更具備吸引力；它的敘事 層次 深度 情緒 細節 精緻，都多了更多，時至今日都可以一再回味。
Compared to Emily in Paris, The Queen's Gambit is actually more compelling; its narrative layers, depth, emotions, details, and exquisite craftsmanship are all more abundant, and it can be savored again and again even today.

西洋棋是一種需要思緒的縝密與冷靜的藝術，我們試著條理出其中的特質，並植入到空間之中。運用材質與線條，讓空間有點 有線 有面，交織成空間的架構；並帶入冷戰時期美式風格，以線版跟金屬傳達出富裕與自由的意象。
Chess is an art that requires meticulous thought and composure. We tried to discern its essential qualities and incorporate them into the space. By using materials and lines, we created a spatial structure with points, lines, and planes; and we brought in an American style from the Cold War era, using lines and metal to convey an image of wealth and freedom.

空間裡的裝飾也費盡心思，除了參考了當時的普普藝術以及摩登線條，我們藉由餐廳吊燈那蜘蛛網般繁複卻又有秩序的光點去對應棋手的心理素質，坐在沙發上就可以操作茶几上的棋盤與棋鐘，昂首就會注視到客廳主視覺 以克里姆林宮為主題的畫作。
The decorations in the space were also carefully considered. In addition to referencing the Pop Art and Modern Lines of the time, we used the spider web-like intricate yet orderly light spots of the dining room chandelier to correspond to the psychological qualities of a chess player. You can operate the chessboard and chess clock on the coffee table while sitting on the sofa, and look up to see the main visual feature of the living room: a painting with the Kremlin as its theme.

很喜歡最初的這個文案，一目傾心_一目辰。
I really like the original copy: Love at first sight -YimuChen.

北投 奇岩重劃區，如果親眼看見，那真的是讓人一眼就愛上的環境；真正的建築高度限制，高度的綠地比例，開闊的建物棟距，這三者在台北市，是多麼的珍稀。而一目辰，就恰恰的站丹鳳山腳，襯映著奇岩生態湖，面對著這台北市唯一生態建築示範區。
The Qiyan Redevelopment Zone in Beitou is an environment that you'll fall in love with at first sight if you see it in person. The strict building height restrictions, the high proportion of green space, and the wide spacing between buildings are all rare finds in Taipei. And Yimu Chen stands precisely at the foot of Danfeng Mountain, nestled against the Qiyan Ecological Lake, facing Taipei's only eco-architectural demonstration zone.

在台北市如此難得的地塊，背山面湖俯瞰生態建築群，我們只靜靜地，把每日的晨昏引入，並運用格柵，除了模仿水的波紋，還利用它微微擾動光影，讓住戶在家中就如同在園區內休憩一般，微風帶起了漣漪，陽光穿過了枝葉，眼前的一切都在自然間徜徉。
In such a rare location in Taipei, nestled against the mountains and facing the lake, overlooking an eco-friendly architectural complex, we simply and quietly brought in the daily dawn and dusk. Using grilles, we not only imitated the ripples of water but also subtly disturbed the light and shadow, allowing residents to relax in their homes as if they were in a park. A gentle breeze created ripples, sunlight filtered through the branches and leaves, and everything before their eyes was a place of natural beauty.

談到設計的主題設定，我們其實不喜歡從“我們”出發，這最大限度的避免了單一樣貌重複的在各個作品呈現的結果；揉合建築調性與客戶性格，將空間中風格調性的塑造視同服飾一般適切搭配，期望讓與擁有者熟識的他人一眼就能能感受到“對，這就是你的家”。
When it comes to setting the theme of a design, we don't like to start from "us," as this minimizes the repetitive appearance in various works. We blend the architectural style with the client's personality, treating the shaping of the style in the space as a matter of appropriate matching as clothing, hoping that others familiar with the owner can immediately feel, "Yes, this is your home."

艾蜜莉在巴黎是一部令人眼睛一亮的戲劇作品，艾蜜莉的美式浮誇與巴黎的法式優雅形成既美麗吸睛又帶有文化衝擊的感受。我們以這部戲劇作為發想，在空間當中不斷的注入裝修細節，但也持續的創造視覺衝擊，希望將“饗宴”這感受發揮到淋漓盡致，讓在家中的用餐 視聽 甚至睡眠，都是一場歌劇般的“饗宴”。
Emily in Paris is a captivating theatrical production, where Emily's American extravagance juxtaposed with Parisian French elegance creates a beautiful and culturally striking experience. Inspired by this play, we continuously incorporate decorative details into the space, while also creating a constant visual impact, hoping to fully realize the feeling of a "feast," making dining, entertainment, and even sleep at home an operatic "feast."
