古銅金屬扣件於幽微光影中佇立，宛如歲月沉澱下的符號烙印。微光穿透網格結構，折射出層次分明的光斑，將空間輕巧地劃分為「界內」與「界外」。這不單是一座隔屏，更是一道引導視覺與心靈邁入靜謐之境的隱性邊界。
視線穿透層層廊道，末端的紅楓意象與幾何藝術畫作相呼應，在冷峻、沉穩的大面積暗調背景中，注入一股溫潤而具張力的生機。人們於此漫步，隨步驟移動轉換著景深與光影，彷彿行走於一幅立體的當代東方卷軸之中，在虛實交錯間，從容感受經典美學與日常生活的無界融合。

Bronze metal fasteners stand in the soft light and shadow, like symbols imprinted by time. The glimmer of light penetrates the grid structure, refracting distinct patches of light and subtly dividing the space into "inside" and "outside." This is not merely a partition, but an implicit boundary guiding the eye and soul into a realm of tranquility.
The gaze travels through layers of corridors, where the imagery of red maple leaves at the end echoes geometric artworks, injecting a warm yet vibrant energy into the cool, somber, and predominantly dark background. Strolling here, one shifts the depth of field and the interplay of light and shadow with each step, as if walking through a three-dimensional contemporary Eastern scroll, calmly experiencing the boundless fusion of classical aesthetics and everyday life amidst the interplay of reality and illusion.

在舊城區的這個馨樂庭酒店公寓品牌，最早在中國西安的首店，開業的25年後迎來了最大規模改造，也由我們替業主重新打造生活的新願景,這個生根於老市區的城市景觀中,圍繞著人們實際想生活的方式設計。

由社區圍繞著街道，與自然、鄰居、市場以及活躍豐富的日常生活。設施其實也相較過去的商務酒店簡單，少了酒店游泳池以及商務中心，但卻能保持每日的運營需求以及能耗開銷控制。
從首層的穿梭大廳,進入視覺上開放和商業集市的概念貫穿。

This Citadines serviced apartment brand, originally located in Xi'an, China, underwent its largest renovation in 25 years. We revitalized the lifestyle for the owners, designing it within the urban landscape of the old city, focusing on the lifestyles people actually want to live.

The community surrounds the streets, connecting with nature, neighbors, markets, and a vibrant daily life. While the facilities are simpler than traditional business hotels, lacking a swimming pool and business center, they maintain daily operational needs and energy efficiency.

From the ground floor lobby, the concept of visual openness and a commercial market permeates the space.

作為新疆高鐵站旁的交通樞紐酒店，本項目旨在通過“東方新線”的設計理念，將絲綢之路的歷史底蘊與現代高速鐵路的速度感完美融合，打造一個兼具國際視野與地域特色的新地標。
多媒體互動屏幕，以抽象的“線條”描繪出古絲綢之路與現代高鐵網絡的交匯圖景。
地域符號的現代演繹，在現代簡約的傢具中，融入艾德萊斯綢紋理的布藝、手工編織的藝術毯、克孜爾石窟壁畫色彩的陶瓷裝飾等。
本項目不僅是一家酒店，更是一個文化交流的平台。它將以“東方新線”的設計理念，向世界展示一個開放、包容、充滿活力的新疆。它將成為連接過去與未來、東方與西方的“新絲路·雲端驛站”。

As a transportation hub hotel located next to the Xinjiang high-speed railway station, this project aims to perfectly blend the historical heritage of the Silk Road with the speed of modern high-speed rail through the design concept of "New Eastern Line," creating a new landmark with both international vision and regional characteristics.

A multimedia interactive screen uses abstract "lines" to depict the intersection of the ancient Silk Road and the modern high-speed rail network.

Modern interpretations of regional symbols are incorporated into modern minimalist furniture, including fabrics with the texture of Atlas silk, hand-woven art carpets, and ceramic decorations inspired by the colors of the Kizil Caves murals.

This project is not just a hotel, but a platform for cultural exchange. With the design concept of "New Eastern Line," it will showcase an open, inclusive, and vibrant Xinjiang to the world. It will become a "New Silk Road Cloud Station" connecting the past and the future, East and West.

在大廳庭院中，藝術品、大廳咖啡吧和茶區相互連通，沒有明顯的界限，營造出一個流動且通透的空間，對時間進行了安靜而多層次的詮釋，營造出一個充滿張力的詩意居所。

Oriental Rhythm
In the lobby courtyard, artworks, the lobby coffee bar, and the tea area are interconnected without clear boundaries, creating a flowing space with perceptible transparency, offering a quiet and layered interpretation of time, and a poetic residence full of tension.

今年三月正在啟動進行中的商業改造項目

｜振興閒置的商業街促進社區發展｜
是什麼讓商業街「成功」？探索如何保持在地特色、充滿活力並深受喜愛。

這商業改造項目位於西安交通大學東側，興慶路與咸寧西路口，底面五層樓為商業裙房，以上有26層塔樓上部作為酒店以及公寓。

重新振興閒置的商業街區，我們設計透過 -開放的街巷肌理- 垂直功能的疊合-模糊的邊界-關鍵的縫隙空間，四種維度來將這龐大封閉的盒子，改造成為微型城市片區。

關鍵的縫隙空間尤為重要，一個引人注目的轉角雨棚、一個綠意盎然的小廣場、一幅動態壁畫、一條巧妙的屋頂線，或者只是一個大膽的材料點綴。

| Revitalizing Idle Commercial Streets to Promote Community Development |
What makes a commercial street "successful"? Exploring how to maintain local character, vibrancy, and popularity.

This commercial redevelopment project is located east of Xi'an Jiaotong University, at the intersection of Xingqing Road and Xianning West Road. The ground floor is a five-story commercial podium, with a 26-story tower above housing a hotel and apartments.

To revitalize this idle commercial block, our design utilizes four dimensions: open streetscape, overlapping vertical functions, blurred boundaries, and key interstitial spaces, to transform this large, enclosed box into a miniature urban area.

Key interstitial spaces are particularly important: a striking corner canopy, a lush green plaza, a dynamic mural, a clever roofline, or simply a bold material accent.

-Bối cảnh thành phố: Nghi Xương (Yichang) - Thủ phủ Thủy điện Thế giới-

Inter Yiling, a prefecture-level city in Hubei Province, was formerly known as Yiling. It is historically known as the "Gateway to the Three Gorges" and the "Throat of Sichuan and Hubei." Rich in water resources and blessed with beautiful mountains and clear waters, with the Yangtze River flowing through it, Yiling is renowned as the "World's Hydropower Capital" due to its unique geographical location and status as the site of the Three Gorges Dam and Gezhouba Dam projects. Project Information: Located in Xiling District, Yichang City, Hubei Province, adjacent to Yiling Avenue, Xiling Second Road Expressway, and Dongshan Avenue. Yichang Foreign Language Primary School is near the CBD business district, close to the core urban area, with abundant commercial facilities, green spaces, and educational resources. Continuing the Collection, Creating a "New" Lifestyle: Considering the function and usage needs of each room, the placement of furniture and decorations is rationally arranged. Natural light and open space are utilized to enhance comfort, and the overall flow of the house is optimized to allow for natural circulation and connection between different areas and functions. This creates an artistic feast, adding more prestige and superiority to the homecoming experience, allowing for complete relaxation and enjoyment.

Thành phố thuộc tỉnh Hồ Bắc, tên cổ là "Di Lăng". Nơi đây được mệnh danh là "Cửa ngõ Tam Hiệp" và "Yết hầu Xuyên Ngạc" (cổ họng nối liền Tứ Xuyên và Hồ Bắc). Với nguồn tài nguyên nước dồi dào, sơn thủy hữu tình, dòng Trường Giang cuồn cuộn chảy qua. Nhờ vị trí địa lý tự nhiên độc đáo, đây là nơi tọa lạc của Công trình Tam Hiệp và Công trình Thủy lợi Cát Châu Bá (Gezhouba), được vinh danh là "Thủ phủ Thủy điện của Thế giới".

Nằm tại Quận Tây Lăng, thành phố Nghi Xương, tỉnh Hồ Bắc; tiếp giáp với Đại lộ Di Lăng, đường cao tốc Tây Lăng 2 và Đại lộ Đông Sơn. Dự án nằm gần Trường Tiểu học Ngoại ngữ Nghi Xương, kề bên khu thương mại CBD. Vị trí đắc địa gần trung tâm thành phố với hệ thống thương mại sầm uất, tài nguyên cây xanh phong phú và giáo dục hoàn thiện.

-Kế thừa giá trị cốt lõi · Kiến tạo phong cách sống "Mới"-

Chú trọng đến công năng và nhu cầu sử dụng của từng căn phòng, sắp đặt nội thất và vật dụng trang trí một cách tinh tế. Tối ưu hóa ánh sáng tự nhiên và không gian để tăng cường cảm giác thoải mái; quy hoạch luồng giao thông tổng thể hợp lý, giúp các khu vực chức năng trong ngôi nhà được kết nối và lưu thông một cách tự nhiên.

Dự án mở ra một bữa tiệc nghệ thuật đầy cảm hứng, gia tăng sự tôn quý và ưu việt cho trải nghiệm "trở về nhà", để gia chủ có thể thư giãn và tận hưởng trọn vẹn từng khoảnh khắc
