18 歲那年,一份健康檢查報告給了我一個巨大的警訊——
我距離心血管疾病竟然只有幾步之差。
為了找回健康,我花了 30 多年深耕。
大量閱讀、取得專業資格、回歸學術。
科學數據與文獻一致地指出:
越接近 全食物、純植為主 的飲食,慢性病找上門的風險就越低。
我開始實踐,也逐步找回健康。
這 30 多年來,我把這些經驗與知識,帶進不同領域。
從健康顧問、企業合作,到餐飲產業顧問、餐廳與廚藝空間的經營。
如今我也在大學跟運動營養科系的學生們分享全植食物的力量。
這些年,全球越來越多人在朝向這個方向探索與改變,
但大家也都察覺到,「知道怎麼吃」,和「真正做到」中間隔著鴻溝。
因此,我與學籽合作,將多年累積的經驗濃縮成課程,
希望幫助更多人建立可長期執行的 🌱 Plant Strong 生活方式——

At 18 years old, I felt great, but my medical report gave me a big shock – I was headed for a heart attack!
I spent years searching; devouring books, courses, certifications and reading the research. They were clear - populations who eat more whole and unprocessed plant-rich diets are virtually free of these modern lifestyle diseases. I turned to the Whole Food Plant-based lifestyle and regained my health.
For the next 30 years, I shared what I learned and my personal experience with individuals, corporate clients and medical specialists to help people to reclaim their health. This included a café and a culinary studio, and consulting to the F&B industry to transfer real life skills and knowledge of healthy food preparation into professional practices. As an Assistant Professor teaching Sports Nutrition in Taiwan, I also share this message with all my post-graduate students.
My friends, clients and many industry professionals have encouraged me to put together this material into an educational course to benefit a much wider audience: How to be Plant Strong, be healthy, and enjoy the process. This collaboration is the result.
Built on a foundation of whole-food, plant-powered principles, this course will show you how to:

● Meal Prep Mastery: I’ll share high-efficiency chef prep secrets—from "essential sauces" to one-pot techniques—that turn whole-food meal prep into a gourmet experience.
● Healthy Eating in the Real World: Explore multiple strategies for dining out, family meals, and socializing, allowing you to stay consistent and confident in any situation.
