迎旭知旅位於三芝芝柏藝術村內，主要是一個繪畫與陶藝工作空間。除了三芝的好山好水以外，迎旭知旅還多了更多的人文體驗，英國詩人John Milton - ＂學會以最簡單的方式生活，不要讓複雜的思絮破壞生活的甜美。＂

在這裡的生活就像是一種跳脫城市生活的實驗旅程．透過一再的挖掘與實現，慢慢學著將城市觀點轉換到鄉野觀點；在這轉換的過程中，生命就像是一個翹翹板，它在城市繁忙與鄉野悠閒間震盪；而這翹翹板上，一定有一個平衡點，這個點在哪裡？我還無法很確切的描述⋯但可以確定的是，在迎旭覺旅這裡找尋，它已經非常接近了～
