雞世界 專售池上放山雞

雞肉小常識：
放山雞不是一種雞，而是台灣傳統飼養方式，雞隻在山間奔跑運動，肉質結實有咬勁，是許多老饕最愛。
雞世界，特別選用雞種中較難以飼養的『鬥雞』，鬥雞原產在泰國和中國西南部，16世紀後期的時候傳至台灣、日本和中國北部，在台灣主要飼養在花東地區。
肉用母鬥雞的特色：豆冠型雞冠，羽毛為淺褐色或深褐色，直立挺拔之體型，肉髯小圓，眼大圓而突出，喙黃色、長而略彎曲，頸長背短，胸平寬深長，黃色腳脛。
