昨天利用空檔做了西洋梨糖片(Dried candied pear),用中文很難表達它的狀態,並非『糖漬』這兩個字可以說明。
這經過糖水滾煮,再烘烤呈現透明霧感卻又不是晶瑩的玻璃脆片形態,就是它充滿文青氣息的迷人之處😍
